JAM serves up delicious cuisine that tantalizes the taste buds. We recently had the pleasure of dining there for a long Sunday lunch and were thoroughly impressed by the menu and service. For starters, the carrot soup was velvety smooth with just the right hint of sweetness to balance the earthy carrots. The star of the meal was the expertly cooked filet mignon. The beef was incredibly tender and succulent, and the plum demi-glace added a rich, deep flavor that complemented the meat beautifully. The sides of mash potatoes and grilled vegetables were simple yet perfectly executed. Can’t remember the name of the cake we shared, but was light with raspberry and caramel. 🤤 Throughout lunch, the Travaglini Gattinara 2012 was a lovely pairing, with notes of spice and leather that stood up well to the filet mignon. The service was excellent, with a knowledgeable staff that made spot-on recommendations. The cozy atmosphere makes JAM feel like a fine dining local restaurant, perfect for a romantic date night or a special occasion. Everything from the food to the wine to the ambiance comes together to create a delightful fine dining experience. I highly recommend giving JAM a try for a memorable meal of contemporary cuisine and thoughtful...
Read moreI ate here with my girlfriend a few months ago. They food was very good and the service was excellent. It was strange that when we left, the our waitress told us to leave a review on Tripadvisor. You're getting one on Google instead. I find it funny that a business would tell people to do that... if it's good, your reviews will come. Also, I have found that using Tripadvisor for restaurants in Belgrade will lead you to the most expensive places. Why? Probably because tourists generally have more money to spend than a lot of the residents of Belgrade and all of your business is tourism. I get it. However, I have to say, the interior of the place is incredibly overdone... I think that you spent way to much money building out this space which is probably why your prices are so ridiculously high. Yeah, it's expensive. And for the price? Not really that good and your portions are tiny. I'd go back, but only for dessert. There are much better restaurants I'd spend my money at in...
Read moreIf you visit this place take your time, brace yourself for an amazing evening with food of the highest quality, arranged elegantly, taste combinations that make your heart beat faster, service out of this world, consultations from your waiter that actually make a lot of sense and come from a solid knowledge base rather than just taste and wine and rakia recommendations that make you want to go home drunk, just so you know that you’ve drank until you couldn’t anymore and let nothing of this experience go to waste. I don’t know if they bake their bread themselves but it’s of an amazing quality and taste, so you‘d want to just enjoy it on its own, but they give you an oily sheep’s cheese mix with it that makes it even more enjoyable. The appetizers were amazing and the mains were out of this world. One of the best semi glace ive ever had. Go here before it takes off and you can’t get a table anymore. Michelin...
