It was meant to be a one night stay. We were coming from Greece and planned to split the voyage in half. We didn't know anything about the area or the hotel except of course for the pictures online, but honestly we didn't pay much attention. When we got there and we saw the promenade in front of the hotel, the park right across the street, te small river crossing next to it, street vendors people coming and going, giving so much life to that street, we were amazed. We did not expect that. Our kids were extremely happy and us with them. The staff, starting from the one that helped us in the parking lot( even if he didn't speak English very good, he had a big smile on his face, super eager to help in everything we needed), reception, restaurant, cleaning all are top. We have no words. The restaurant staff didn't speak to good English but that was not an inconvenience because we understood each other just fine. Everything was above and beyond. Excellent service and food. When we saw where the hotel was placed and how beautiful and BIG the rooms are, we decided to stay another night to be able to enjoy everything that they had to offer. The next day was my husband's birthday and he was greeted with a small birthday cake and a happy birthday card personalized by them wich was a happy surprise for us. I have no other words to express how happy our stay was . Keep up the good work. We will definitely come again. All the...
Read moreThe location is great, right in the centre of Vrnjačka Banja and within easy reach of most destinations. The rooms (and beds) are extremely large and comfortable, and are both clean and new. The staff is lovely, and very friendly and helpful. And there's a great ice cream shop right next door :)||||But other aspects didn't exactly blow me away. The decor is cheap and glitzy, and not really very appealing. The central location means that it can be quite noisy at night if you keep the windows open. Which seems to be necessary, as the in-room air conditioning doesn't see, to function. However much I set the temperature low, there was no effect. The restaurant food (buffet) is pretty awful, the same every day and nothing to write home about - and no signs to tell you what the food is in each hotplate...! Odd pictures on the dining room wall of bloodthirsty Serb-Turkish horseback battles and obscure Serbian poets and authors. We were having a conference, and the meeting room was awful - small, no windows or ventilation, and unbearably hot.||||So ... some very nice and good aspects, and some which definitely need to be improved. A...
Read moreThis was our second year in Hotel Park and we were amazed at how everything looked and functioned perfectly, just like in 2024. ||||If you want to be in the city center, just across from the gardens and right next to the square, and enjoy wonderful SPA and great food, this hotel is for you! Rooms are modern with a dash of luxury, very spacious, and extremely neat. We celebrated two birthdays here and will certainly return soon to enjoy much-needed relaxation. We recommend the restaurant for a la carte dining and dessert as well, and the sweet shop within the building for those of us who never really grow up ;)||||It is hard to highlight the best employees because all teams, from receptionists and kitchen staff, waiters and cleaning ladies, and even the gardener were superb and showcased how important it is to select true professionals for the job. ||||Finally, it is refreshing to see a hotel that maintains the neoclassical roots of the building and fits in lovely with the surrounding architecture - taken with all of the above, it stands out as one of the best...
