We booked this accommodation for our senior management team, expecting a high standard of service in line with the property’s advertised quality. Unfortunately, their experience was deeply disappointing. The location is quite remote, with limited access to nearby restaurants, so the team decided to dine at the on-site restaurant. Despite placing their orders early in the evening, they were left waiting over two hours for their meals. When the food finally arrived, it was poorly prepared, lacked freshness, and did not meet even basic expectations for quality.

I stayed here for a week whilst travelling for work. I must say the staff definitely made me feel so welcome. The room was clean and up to standard and the food was divine. I ordered room service one night which took almost 2 hours and the desert also tasted like it was standing for a few hours. The other nights I ate in the restaurant. There is a wide variety available on the menu, from salads to steaks to fish and pizzas but the bacon and creamy pesto pasta was my favorite.
