•When you arrive at the hotel, there is no porter to help you with your million bags 😢|The staff at reception/restaurant are very friendly ||•The location is ok, too busy and untidy for my liking, unless you want to go to the mall||•The rooms were fine, kept clean everyday. The bed is comfortable. Unfortunately, you have to request the fridge and if you not lucky to get the only 4 or 5 fridges that they have in their entire hotel, too bad.|What hotel comes with no fridge? This is a necessity!!!||•My view was an ugly taxi rank with some bird nest and pigeon poop on my window. I couldn’t even open my window for some fresh air. The birds would perk away at my window and wake me up in the early hours of the morning ☹️||•They have a small gym, which I can live with. It’s better then nothing |The pool was always dirty and full of leaves. If there is a giant tree over the pool, then it would be best to get a pool cover||•I wasn’t particularly excited about the location in Bruma. It’s like downtown, very busy with no pavements to walk/run on||•The food was such such a let down|The different food stations are not labeled so you don’t know what you are eating.|Breakfast was ok. The only things I enjoyed were the croissants, hash browns and fish cake|There was no buffer diner and the room service was not the best on most days. ||•I ordered a salad that had avo that was brown and the lettuce was cut in such huge slices and was not even green. I can mention so many things about the food but I’m too lazy to get into it. It was just not great||•You need to have an adapter to charge multiple electronics since they did not even have the modern charging ports that every hotel has. They only have the shaving port and you can only charge one phone at a time ||•A lot needs to be done to improve this hotel. |I certainly won’t be back and wouldn’t recommend it to any of my...
Read moreI'm really disappointed with my stay. While the hotel itself is clean and beautiful, certain staff members soured the experience for my family and me.||Upon arrival, we were greeted by a very unfriendly and seemingly upset receptionist. When I requested a cot for my baby, it felt like too much effort for her. She sighed and gave a dreary "Ok." I also asked for two extra cups since our family room only had two cups and refreshments for two people. This request was also met with a sigh and an "ok."||Once we finally settled in, the kids wanted to watch TV, but the remote didn't work. The maintenance guy blamed us for not using it correctly, so we ended up changing the channels manually.||The next morning, we were excited for breakfast but had to stand in long queues with juice and food running out constantly. We were never offered a baby seat for our toddler. ||Back in our room, I sent my son to ask for an iron from a cleaning staff member, who told him to call 109. When I tried, the phone didn't work, so I had to use my own phone to call reception. Despite there being an unused iron and ironing board on our floor, I waited nearly an hour for one, delaying our plans. My husband had to go down to reception before our request was taken seriously.||On Sunday morning, there was no space for the large group of guests, so we had to sit outside in an undecked seating area with no staff to clear used utensils. Other families were offered baby chairs, but we were not.||This was supposed to be a fun short weekend away with my family, but I am very unhappy with the service we received. We didn't enjoy our stay and feel robbed of this experience. I honestly wish I had spent my money...
