Towers Hotel and Spa — Hotel in Gauteng

My friend and I arrived in Johannesburg on Nov 1, 2023 to what we thought was our Airbnb accommodations. We paid for Unit 1303 at this facility via Airbnb. To make a long story short, we were not allowed into our, (prepaid) accommodations due to some issue with the stated owner of the unit. What started off as bad ended up being the most wonderful trip ever. As we checked in at the front desk we were taken to an alternate unit (the Airbnb stated owner paid for us another unit the hotel and stated his unit was now unavailable). Once we got in our unit and realized that it was not comparable to what we paid for we asked to speak with someone in charge. An AMAZING host name Pearl arrived and the rest was history. Pearl found us a compatible unit and helped us find a facility to wash our clothes (the advertised unit had a washer and dryer). Pearl made our stay AMAZING. She ensured that we had everything we requested. This facility needs many more people like Pearl who can and does fix customer concerns. Our housekeepers, Vongani and Victoria were also amazing.
