AVOID AVOID AVOID! False advertising on the letting agents website and when you complain, you get told that “everything” is in order etc. Complaints were not dealt with accordingly, management failed to call and apologize for mistakes that could have been avoided. Some of the complaints were: no actual standard bath, not enough couches for 6 people, bathroom doors can’t lock or close, limited power outlets in the apartment for 6 people and some didn’t even work, a VERY limited Dstv bouquet to watch after being told we would have a full package......

Just avoid using #cyberview letting because they do not care about their clients and only care to fill up their rentals and...

We stayed at No. 3 rented through Cyberview Lettings. All I can say is the location is beautiful but not an excuse to neglect maintenance. The "bath" was just over 1m long, despite advertising a full bath, the security gate was falling apart..along with the garage door, plugs didn't work, bathroom doors didn't close, tumble dryer didn't work, the basins are impossible to use even to wash your face(shallow modern stupid design), sparse furniture and an agent from Cyberview Lettings who didn't care. This rating is given due to location and is aimed at Cyberview Lettings.... You are a disgrace. I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid you like...
