Walking distance to local bars and restaurants 10mins max (in heels)

50-60 min drive to Durban

See breeze is a quaint, ocean facing 1 bed apparent, with TV sofa, well equipped kitchen, spacious bedroom with a view and cosy wet room with shower ( no bath tub).

Ideal for couples and was the perfect spot for our trip.

Host was in comms when needed and very responsive. ( we had a glitch with security light not turning off) but a quick message and all was sorted.

Cleaning service was tip top 👌

A truly pleasant property for a weeks break with smooth check in!

Christine was absolutely amazing to deal with. She was helpful & went out of her way to assist us.. When she heard that we were there to assist my brother in the aftermath of being the worst hit house in his area (by the Tornado in Tongaat) she insisted on us not paying.. she gave us a full refund in fact! Such a blessing!!

The accomodation was stunning & so comfortable. We arrived to tasty snacks on the table & a bottle of wine to cheer us up.

We will most definitely be back! We have stayed at a few of her guest rooms before & every time loved it! This time it was Seabreeze.

A perfect home away from home. I totally 100% recommend 1A Patricia Road!!

A stunning little holiday apartment with all the comforts of home. Staff are welcoming and super friendly. Our host was wonderful and so accomodating. Rates are affordable.
