Firstly the other reviews on google seem so promising but i urge everyone to ask the host for clear raw unedited pictures of this place before booking. On arrival the phola room was absolutely small with the bathroom old and stained, there is no privacy whatsoever at this place and feels cheap and poorly maintained, we did not even stay at this place but were forced to book other Accomodation in balito which was amazing and CLEAN!! We lost our deposit but i dont regret it one bit because our new accomodation was beautiful with great staff and excellent service, this review is here to advise people and to help them make informed decisions, we were so upset that we didnt even take pictures to add to this review but i urge people please please ask for photos as the photos on the website and what u get are two very different things. I’m actually sad I cannot put more than 5 stars. This place is an absolute gem, it’s paradise. Walking distance from the beach and restaurants / supermarket, beautifully decorated rooms and pool / common areas. But what truly makes it stand out from other places is the owner, Katrina, and her staff. They really care for you as if you were family! She helped me find another accommodation when mine cancelled on me last minute, she reached out to her contacts for me to go diving and dolphin watching.
