For my personal experience, is that the advertising that made us to book this place is quite different to what we saw when we got there in Unit 61.
Though the place is in front to the beach, which is great and has a lot of potential to be successful and in demand to people only if it can be managed by a management team that can actually can manage to manage.
I was extremely and utterly disappointed, to a sincere point that our holiday was almost spoiled due to this misadvertising, the place was not clean when we arrived, the bed linen is old and worn, the mattress of all the beds are tired and shaking like a boat in the middle of the very same ocean that is made to entice us.
There was no WIFI connection in the room, even though there was a WiFi router, the Nigerian guys at reception told us that they have to wait for the manager before they could get us the password.
The day shift receptionist is a bit welcoming compared to the nightshift receptionist who is always rudely quite and ignorant, even if you greet him, he just keeps quite.
There is no safe parking, and the parking available can only accommodate less than ten cars from what I experienced, though there is heavy CCTV surveillance cameras all over the building including in the small parking space and the place has lots of disclaimers, from the elevators to almost everything in the building, annoying disclaimer right, left and centre. The emergency phones have long been broken.
There was cockroaches and spiders all over the place. If you look at one of the pictures there is a doom, that was the very thing we bought after being in Unit 61...

We are fully aware of the disclaimer that you have regarding theft , loss or damages , we are also aware of the high crime rate that plagues our country hence we ENQUIRED about the parking and its safety .We asked about this and we were lied to .
What we are trying to Adress is your stuff shouldn't misrepresent what you as a business have to offer, the guy lied about you guys having a dedicated security guard who looks after the vehicles parked outside . If we had known this was untrue we would have made alternative parking arrangements .
Secondly when it came to getting access to the CCTV footage we were stalled up until we had to leave , the supervisor ,was no one to be found for 2 consecutive days .
I see from your other responses to clients addressing your staff that you always shift blame on the staff not been hired by the Accomodation, the building having different owners etc ... at the end of the day the staff at the front desk are the face of the building how they treat us or what they say to us directly affects our view of the premises .

Read moreI booked the place for 5 people. When we arrived the welcome was you are lost. The receptionist demanded 800 for handling fee which we were not aware of. The money was paid. When we get there... Oh my God... The room was small. Stuffy and smelly. The rules we have to clean... Take out the dustbin. No changing on linean no bath towel
We are here for holidays. Must WE now go and buy cleaning detergents and gloves to do cleaning.. We were not able to spend even 30minutes in the room. We looked for another accommodation. When we wanted to leave after booking somewhere. They showed us better room even if it was stuffy. Now they want us to move. Unfortunately we paid somewhere. When we requested we waited 4 minutes to get our 800 back because they are still discussing with the owners if they must refund us 800 after loosing 3900 for accommodation which was very very bad.
But now I understand why the receptionist was saying we are lost... He could see we deserve better place than that.
