Metro Lodge Xpress — Hotel in South Beach

Coacroaches everywhere, disgusting. Bed Bugs, Bedding unclean, made me sneeze the whole time...blocked my nose. No shower curtains/doors...making the room messy after bathing, People smoking everywhere inside the builing, We waited for the microwave whole night after being told "they'll bring it", had to warm food in the reception (ground floor), TV was just playing adverts, no channels, Staff made their problems our problems (as customers), Most of all, the bed was unbelievably broken ...making annoying sounds every time you move, with...

the service is so great the stuff is so friendly and the managers cares for their clients. i was there for a weekend the only problem i had is hot water at second floor but i was sorted out quickly they made a shower in first floor available for me and also allowed me to use the room for free the whole day. i am definitely coming again coz the price i pay and the service they provide correspond i am proud to say go and try it out but make sure u get a room at first floor to avoid unnecessary disappointment.
