The service was so poor, staff members were not helpful at all. There was no electricity, no cold fridge, no microwave to warm food, the TV was not working. We were not given the accommodation that was advertised to us. There was not even a stopper for the bath tub, it was difficult to take a simple bath In the morning, the toilet was flooded with water. The hot water was cold due to no electricity and the hot water in geyser got cold. When all of these problems were reported there was no response whatsoever. Even the person in charge was not picking up his phone (Zamani Ndawonde). This place had given us the worst service ever. I would personally not recommend...

We stayed on the 19th of December and I am very disappointed withour stay. I was so looking forward to our stay. Firstly we waited 45mins to be checked in. We called the number that we have used to do our reservation and there was no answer and after 20mins someone answered and say there is someone on the way to fetch us.
