I stayed 1 night on my way back and spending 3 days in Jeju island. The hotel is priced mid-range and is centrally located opposite to Jagalchi Fish Market, and about 800 m from Lotte Mall further down the road in the Nampo-dong district. Despite its close proximity to the busy streets the rooms are relatively quiet if you choose the upper floor. Mine was on the 5th floor. I had a triple room which is various spacious with a large double bed and a single bed. Room is clean with tea making minibar, fridge and air cond. The wash room has a sitting WC and hand-held shower with a long bath. Clean towels and tooth brushes and shampoo are provided. Internet in the room is free and fast. There is a large safe box to keep your valuables and big for a 12 inch laptop. Restaurants are plenty nearby and the "night market" in the streets nearby are an attraction with stalls selling clothes and sea-food. It is just about 40 min by cab to the airport. Breakfast is served from 7.00 am and I had to miss it as I had to leave for the airport at 6.00 am for my flight. Despite being promised that packed breakfast will be ready for me as arranged the night before, the guy at the front desk claimed he had no knowledge about the arrangement. I am not at all pleased at this and the management must take note of this. The same guy appeared to lack proficiency is English as well. He did not seem to understand our request to get us a taxi which I find it incredibly unbelievable. All said this is a hotel with no frills and is great in location, comfortable...
Read moreStayed for 3 nights in June and found this hotel to be well located just opposite the BIFF Square and next to famous Jagalchi Fish Market. Took a room for 3 persons ( 1 King Size Bed and 1 single Bed ) and found the room to be a good size with the single bed for my daughter tucked in a corner for some privacy.||||Breakfast is provided, and you will get mainly local Korean dishes with exception of sausages and sliced bread. Overall it is adequate for something light as you would rather have the choice of really fresh seafood just outside of the hotel.||||The counter staff have limited English abilities and are not too friendly, maybe due to their lack of conversational English.||||I arrived at hotel via Train from Seoul to Busan station, and Taxi fare was under 5000 won. But if you are arriving or depart from Gimhae Airport, there is a Airport Limo Bus||which stops just 100meters from the Hotel ( Outside Stanford Inn ), and it is perfect if you have very large and heavy suitcases. Cost 1 way is 6000 Won for adult and 4000 Won for child. The hotel has a time table available for the bus , but it is better to be 10min earlier as sometimes the bus may be earlier. But the frequency seems to be every 30 to 40 mins.||||The bathroom amenities are adequate with the usual provided, except that it dose not provide Shaving Kits, ( Purchase at 500 won at reception ) ||||Overall, for the price you pay, i think this hotel offers quite...
Read moreI booked my family here for 2 nights.||||The location was awesome. Restaurants all around, seafood market and restaurants just at the back. A few meters walk from the entrance is the BIFF. Street foods and night market right there. Very convenient and everything within reach, especially when you're tired from a whole day tour.||||Rooms. They were spacious and clean. No fuss and practical. Well lit and hotel was pretty safe. We got 3 types of rooms and all were very good value.||||Breakfast. For the money we paid for the stay plus breakfast, it was pretty good. Tasty choices. A lot more than I expected actually as I expected less options.||||All in all it surpassed...
