The worst dining experience ever. Most raw fish restaurants near Jagalchi Market were already closed, so I checked on Naver that this one was open until 9:30 p.m. and decided to visit. I ordered the small gizzard shad sashimi(jeoneo/전어), but it was charged as a “grilled set.” Since other places usually serve grilled fish as a side, I didn’t think much of it—until they told me during payment, “That only comes with the set.” The sashimi came out, then the spicy soup was tossed onto the table. Staff said, “We’re closing now, sorry,” and started cleaning around us. We had to eat quickly while feeling uncomfortable, and they didn’t even remember the order dispute. Even an hour and a half before closing, you can expect the worst customer service if you visit late. Famous or not, this place was terrible. Never again.

I’m a Busan local, not a tourist — and if they treat me like this, foreigners who don’t check prices carefully might easily get overcharged. Famous or not, this place was terrible. Never again.

A Heartwarming Seafood Experience at Busan Fish Market

What a gem! This little seafood restaurant at the Busan Fish Market stole our hearts. The fish was incredibly fresh – you could taste the ocean in every bite. We had melt-in-your-mouth perfectly grilled fish, and a table full of delicious side dishes.

The staff were kind, welcoming, and made us feel right at home. Everything was prepared with love and care, and the prices were very fair for the quality.

I ordered the Grilled Mackerel and a bowl of rice. What a spread. I enjoyed every bit of it, especially the fish soup. I’m not usually a fan of fish, but this restaurant has changed my perspective of fish. Customer service was hard to grasp, as their attention was elsewhere.
