I enjoyed my stay in Blueboat.
At first, It would be difficult to found the hostel. Since it’s located on the second floor or an office-look-alike building, one will need to pass through the doors in the middle of the building and go up storey. The building is right in front of Paul Baguette right at the main road.
The hostel is, however, stones throw from Jeonju Hanok Village, that also gas the Mural Village, and Nambu night market. within walking distance of the famous bibimbap eatery. Most main tourist spots are within walkable distance. Just 10-15mins. The location is amazing.
It’s more like a boutique hotel rather than a youth hostel. Facilities and amenities are top notch. Clean, new and modern. Does not feel like a hostel at all. Security ensured with entering card as scanner to enter hostel and room.
Bed were comfortable, the free locker under the bed, along with roller shade for maximum privacy. I stay all alone in 4-bed female Dormitory for 3D2N.
The staff noona’s very friendly and helpful. She gives good advises for what to do and eat around Jeonju.
The provided breakfast is also really nice with various things to choose. There’s a fridge and everyone can use it.
In a word, I enjoyed my stay here! Would definitely book this hostel again if I visit Jeonju next time and recommend...
Read moreBy far the best hostel I have been too and really reasonably priced for the great facilities. The basic facilities were beyond expectations - the toilets were clean and well equipped with shampoo, soap, slippers, hair dryer and even hair straightener! Also, the beds were comfortable and came with a curtain which blocks off light and noise so even if your roommates are still awake, you can sleep with no problem. Security is great - the doors of the dorms are only accessible with the electronic card and you have loads of space to keep your bags (the lockers are under the beds and are big enough for two luggage). Also, the owner is really friendly and ever ready to help - thoroughly enjoyed the conversations we had! Hostel is also located super near the hanok village as well as entertainment and food are within walking distance! 11/10 would recommend this place and I'll definitely return if I'm ever...
Read moreI stayed here for 2 nights before my trip to busan. It was chuseok and most places were very expensive and full during that event. The location is very easy to find, It is right in front of Paul baguette right at the main road. If you come from bus station, I prefer to use taxi if you have luggage(10mins away). Right at the hostel, there are few bus stop as well. You can walk to hanok village about 10mins. The bed was a bit hard but still acceptable. The best part was they have leg massage machine and it's FREE. So you can massage your feet after long walk and tiring day.||||The staff were friendly and helpful. They can speak english as well. They will help if you need any direction or suggestion to your destination. I would love to go to this guesthouse again in the future and highly...
