This place is perfect in every way if you’re looking for a traditional Hanok stay. The lovely lady owner didn’t speak much english but went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She served us tea and biscuits upon arrival and we did our best to converse via pointing and google translate where she told us things to see and do and recommended restaurants. She showed us around the house and showed us how to get fresh water from the machine. She’d even got us noodles and kimchi in for breakfast and offered to do any washing we had.||The room we had was small, but enough for the two of us, our bags and the thin mattress on the floor which was surprisingly comfortable. The ensuite shower room was a small wet room but everything worked perfectly. It was a small entrance into the bathroom so not very practical for less mobile individuals.||The owner lives next door so you have the run of the place with your own key to the gate and your room. We had to leave early in the morning and the owner kindly came to make us coffee and breakfast before we went.
