Easily one of the best bingsu places I have ever tasted after being a frequent traveller to Korea. Indeed, this place holds alot of awards and it stays true to its name. The mochis placed on top of the bingsu was so scrumptious and mixed very well with the other flavours. I've never really liked red bean bingsu, but this hits different with the red bean-matcha combination. This place is such an underrated hidden gem, tucked in the Hanok Village! They serve traditional Korean dessert and tea that is delicious whilst sticking to the traditional flavours and ingredients. I had the sweet red bean shaved ice and omija tea which was tart and citrusy. No wonder this place has been recognised as a UNESCO creative food establishment.
