Our family of four (with an 8-year-old boy and a 5-year-old girl) recently had an amazing stay at the H10 Atlantic Sunset Hotel. Initially, we had reservations at another hotel, but a Google ad for H10 Sunset caught my eye. Instinctively, I felt it would offer higher quality accommodation and better programs for kids, so I re-booked. That decision proved to be absolutely right! The hotel is located in really nice area. All the facilities, including the rooms, restaurants, and pools, are impeccably maintained, clean and nice. The staff is not just kind and helpful but also cheerful, adding to the overall positive experience. Our room was spacious and comfortable, even with two kids. We had plenty of space to settle in without feeling cramped. The food options were fantastic, with a wide and kid-friendly selection that featured new items every day. We particularly enjoyed the snacks and cocktails available throughout the day. The kids loved the poolside chips almost as much as they did the water fun park. The animation team and their programs were incredible. The kids were thrilled with the arts and crafts, poolside games, family water basketball, and giant darts. This gave us adults plenty of time to relax and read by the poolside. Additionally, the staff organized engaging activities that kept the kids entertained for hours, allowing us to truly unwind. Evenings were a delight with various programs after dinner, including mini discos, magicians, and acrobats. Each night offered something new and exciting, and we appreciated the variety of entertainment that catered to both kids and adults. A highlight for us was the level of care and attention to detail the hotel staff provided. From thoughtful touches in our room to the personalized service at the restaurants, every aspect of our stay felt special and tailored to our needs. In summary, the H10 Atlantic Sunset Hotel provided us with a perfect blend of relaxation and fun, with excellent facilities and wonderful staff. We can't wait to come back for another family vacation! Highly recommended for families looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable holiday.

Pros: Staff & Service: Some of the staff were really nice and welcoming, especially at check-in where we were offered a refreshing welcome drink. Rooms & Facilities: The room was well-equipped with essentials like a hairdryer, slippers, towels, and a safe. Pool towels are provided, which is convenient. Pools: The hotel has three pools, including one for children. The rooftop pool looked great (though access is limited to Privilege guests). Dining: Breakfast was varied and enjoyable at first. Other Services: There’s a QR code in the room that connects you to the hotel’s app, which lets you book meals, taxis, and more. There’s a small in-house shop for swimwear and sunbathing essentials. There’s also a staff member on one floor who helps you book excursions like paragliding or dolphin watching. Location: There are several restaurants near the hotel, and some of them are genuinely good. Cons: Staff & Service: Communication could be difficult at times as some staff didn’t speak English. Cleaning staff entered our room despite us saying "no thanks" to the service; possibly due to the language barrier. Rooms & Facilities: The cleaning wasn’t always thorough. Room service late at night (around 10 PM) did not respond at all. Pools: Sometimes kids with diapers would enter the adults-only pool. Despite being advertised, there was no actual heated pool; the temperature relies on the sun, so on cloudy days the water felt cold. Access to the rooftop pool is restricted to Privilege guests only. Dining: Breakfast became repetitive after a few days. If you eat close to closing time (10:30 AM), staff start clearing food and turning off machines even if you’ve just started. The café inside the hotel closes early, so you can’t try it in the afternoon. Atmosphere: Since the hotel is kid-friendly, noise from children in the early morning or late at night is common. Location: The hotel is far from the main city and the nearest sunbathing beach. While there’s a bus stop nearby (Line 471), buses returning to the hotel are often not on time.

we stayed here for 2 weeks all inclusive our first night was grand as we didn't arrive till late in the evening we checked in and on arrival we were given a glass of Champaign each which was great, they were lovely and friendly. we got our room keys for the rooms and i had my friend checked in to for his room. after which we left to go leave our stuff in the room and then head to the bar for a needed drink (lobby bar)|service was great and drinks where plenty and lush.||on the second day after getting our general snacks for the room we decided a pool day would be great, suns beds where free everything was great.||after a few days into the holiday we decided to try some of the restaurant's they had (route 66 & Stromboli) and both had very limited dishes thinking they might change every so often but they don't. we had ordered ribbs my self and partner and when they came out the ribs were stone cold they took them back and assumed it would have been a fresh one but they just reheated them which was put us off our meal. we left shortly after that. ||using the infinity pool at the end of the complex which was stated to be an adults only|well this clearly was not being enforced at all plus you would expect them to have a pool bar of some kind there but there was not the bar that was there was for the privilege users only even tho they already had a roof top infinity pool. so you have to walk all the way back to the other pool to get a drink and a towel to as there is no towel station down at the infinity pool either but yet they can have a mini van style cocktail bar at the kids pool for the adults there which does not seem fair.||mini bar in fridges was a nice touch but was filled with the same drinks every 2 days and also a packet of nuts personally i feel that each room should have a mini bar tick sheet so the people in the room can choose what drinks and snacks to this would be more ideal due to nut allergies to. several times we asked for no nuts as we don't eat them and we don't drink beer either. ||cleaners are good enough but i had noticed that my bed sheets had not been changed for a few days even tho the room is ment to be cleaned daily but they had been changed eventually. but decided that when cleaning the room they had removed any and all cups we had bought at siam water park one only knew it was gone as it was on the side where my partner sleeps. i walked to the cleaners room and asked for it back did not understand but i could see our missing cup on one of there trollies i pointed and said mine she smiled and gave me it back. from then on i felt a little bit iffy because of this.||all you can eat buffet for breakfast was always good the only thing i was always worried was at the omelette station as the spray oil can they used they kept leaving it on the glass stove and its a metal can i feel this is a health and safety issue and that it possibly explode there is only one person that leaves it on the side next to the toppings for the omelette this should be done for all.||lunch and dinner in the buffet are pretty much the same food tbh some little changes but most of the time is the same food where other places i have stayed in would have a BBQ night etc which would have been nice. the annoying bit was that we have to book every meal including buffets for breakfast lunch and dinner. any other time i have been away they simply ask for your room number and thats all, the booking section personally should just be kept for the restaurant areas. ||the arcade room was ok very warm the change machine only took notes so you had to have cash which at the moment a lot of people don't carry and think there should have been a contactless option on the change machine to use as i would have used it for the air hockey and a few other games.||pool rules at any point we wasn't told that we cant have a simple small floaty in the pool, my partner tried to use this and was told no then the life guard threw a pool noodle at him and said this only. this personally is not fair but yet its ok for kids to bring water shooters, balls for throwing at each other and other things but a small simple float for an adult is a no.|we had to ask parents as there kids where shooting each other with water and missing but kept hitting us and other people, they where being very loud and slightly disruptive to other guest's that where trying to relax in the sun. they kept taking buckets of water to throw over other ppl they were with making the ground even more wet and slippy. and at no point did the life guard do anything so we just left and went back to our rooms.||a lot of tiles where loose and broken when walking over them down the main path way out side and around the pool area is really bad for this some where loose enough that when you step on it you hear water thats under it. even walking on the tiles in flipflop's or sandals and were still sliding personally that area should be a none slip surface last thing i would have liked is a broken leg or arm on my holiday.||for a 5 star hotel i feel like somethings could have been better for me and that i feel this place is only a 4 star. just think things can be improved. ie bar at the bottom at the infinity pool towel station at all the pools and actually have and adults only area.|also the building balcony's that where facing the pools you could see when wearing sun glasses that there was brown rust like lines running down and you could see on all of them.||gate times for general public where early as you need your room key bracelet to open it think there should not be closing times on these as we would have went for a walk in the evening and have went out to local bars but the doors close at the latest 11pm.||over all apart from them few issues it was a decent...

Response to the Hotel is at the end. This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I’m not someone who leaves reviews often, but I feel I have to share my experience. We stayed here for two nights in December, and it was the worst hotel experience I’ve had in 12 years of living in Europe.

The only good thing: The infinity pool is beautiful. If you just want some nice Instagram photos, you might like this place. But if you’re looking for a great holiday, I strongly recommend avoiding this hotel.

Here’s what happened to me: Check-in: We arrived two hours earlier and were told we’d get a call when the room was ready. After waiting for an hour, I asked again and was told the room had been ready for a while—no one in the reception did let us know, though we sit in the couch 2 meters in front of the reception. I was carrying my one-year-old child, a backpack, and two suitcases, I walked through the reception and I am sure everyone saw me but no staff offered to help. This is not what I expect from a five-star hotel. Bugs in the room: The room was full of ants and other bugs. We left a box of blueberries on the table, and within an hour, hundreds of ants were swarming all over it. There were ants in the wardrobe, on the table, and in many other places. Room change issues: We called reception to change rooms because of the bugs. A cleaner came to check and confirmed the problem, but then nothing happened. After 30 minutes, I had to call again and was told to go to the reception myself. They finally moved our sea view room on fifth floor down to fourth floor room with a worse view and no upgrade, and this process waited me at least 20 mins in reception watching the staff typing his keyboard. Terrible sofa bed: The sofa bed made loud, squeaky metal noises every time you moved. Bad soundproofing: You can hear everything—people in the hallway, water running in other rooms, and even your neighbors coughing or crying. Poor food: The food options were very limited, and the quality didn’t match a five-star standard. If you arrive late, some food might already be gone. Annoying wristbands: They make you wear a non-removable wristband during your stay, even while showering or sleeping. You also have to use their app to book meals, which is very stupid and inconvenient. After I left a bad review on their app, they finally called to apologize and offered me a free lunch, which I declined. Possible discrimination: As an Asian guest, I felt the staff treated me very coldly. If you’re Asian, I suggest avoiding this hotel. This impression is not only me, we have three other families here together and all feel the same way.

In short, this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Spend your money elsewhere.

Respond to the Hotel: Check-in Process You claim we were informed when the room was ready, but this is false. We waited an hour right in front of reception and only found out after I asked again. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a five-star hotel. Luggage Assistance In a five-star hotel, staff should proactively offer help with luggage. I was carrying a child, a backpack, and two suitcases, and not a single staff member offered assistance. Watching guests struggle without stepping in reflects poorly on your service standards. Bugs in the Room This is not an isolated issue. I had to call twice to request a room change, and my friend staying at your hotel also encountered bugs in two different rooms. Your claim of “rigorous cleaning protocols” does not match reality. Sofa Bed The sofa bed was so squeaky it was unusable. I suggest your staff try sleeping on it, record the noise, and decide if it meets five-star standards. Dismissing this issue shows a lack of accountability.

In conclusion, your response fails to acknowledge the seriousness of these issues. Instead of deflecting, I urge you to take these concerns seriously and work on improving your service. My experience at your hotel was far below five-star...

Is difficult to decrease something to such hotel ! Positive Very good cleaning this is very important Good foods . A la cart restaurant italian route 66 and privilege view high level we recommend! Buffet restaurant central market also good ! Coffee with sweets bar also very nice ! All inclusive include majority drinks . Many fresh fruits and all types of foods for all tastes ! Comfortable room , mattress, shower, balcony with nice chairs ! Attention to room: if you take side of hotel oriented to Hard Rock hotel on the afternoon is hearing music enough strong - only if keep door balcony open to the room - . With door of balcony closed not hearing !If like music is perfect also panorama to side hard rock hotel . Second side oriented to pools is more silent and have more sun ! Ask for room side depending by preference! Rooms in middle building - el basso i think - oriented to pools named sea view very nice as silence and views! Privilege rooms not different as what inside of room comparing with another rooms . Just access to more facilities as spa roof pool and lounge . Roof poole is very nice and it has also a bar with very nice staff . But hotel have also infinity pool for all guest very nice . I had privilege but my opinion with all inclusive may feel very ok also especially in middle building sea view orientation. Lounge for privilege has more drinks and not very many snacks . All normal rooms have 2 individual beds are put one near other - to try make a matrimonial king bed -but in reality for couples not very ideal because very easy these bed move . If want matrimonial king bedroom take suite . Comfort of bed i repeat is perfect ! Pools are heating different but sometimes the salt pool main was the best heated ! 8.spa have a pool inside with good heated water 29 degree , in same place a second place smaller water very well heated - 34 degree - and third place a cold water small place . Hydromassage in main pool 29 degree more types . Sauna Finland type dry and wet . 9 . VERY IMPORTENT ALL WATER IN ALL POOLS ARE VERY CLEAN ! This is very nice . To many hotels i don’t go in pools because i am very pretentious to cleaning of water . I appreciate the cleaning of pools as one of the best i met ! Congratulations! Staff perfect with natural polite is a pleasure Wifi good over all hotel Parking free of charge, underground , very high level ! Sun beds high quality enough many never stressed cannot find ! Air condition very high quality may be completely closed this is very nice ! Rooms good noisy isolation!

To improve or negative

In balcony of each room hotel permit the smoking . This is very negative for non smokers which instead of salt-air, if open balcony door , may receive smoking air from neighbors that smoke ! Smoking must BE FORBIDDEN on balcony and be made for smokers special room in each floor and building ! I had a neighbor that smoked and really i didn’t feel very nice often i was obliged to close the door of balcony including night !

Missing of fresh juices lemonades and other fresh combination of juices . Some are present to privilege view restaurant but very limited! Alcoholic drinks very many and a big assortment but for persons which dont consume alcohol cannot find high level drinks as is normal in a 5 star hotel !

Must introduce fresh different juices - orange grapefruits lemonade and other combination smoothie ananas kiwi apple and so on - ! 5 star hotel have more rafinate expectation not to drink bax juices and cola !

More fruits exotic may be added as dragon fruits and others .

Carpet on all hall must be changed !

5 . I didn’t met and seen any mosquito but for me is more sure if have a protection against mosquito on door balcony -mosquito net -

Bath robe i have in privilege room was defect and in same time i had wash basin blocked - the hotel solved very rapid - but must have staff that check If everything to a room is perfectly before to give to guests ! Dont wait as guest to say...
