Feelathome Mozart Apartments — Hotel in Barcelona

The location is excellent, on the edge of the Gracia district, close to metro (2 lines) and bus. Supermarket and produce shops very near, and the Placa de Vila de Gracia with good restaurants, cafes and ice cream. The apartment was clean, except for the shower walls. It’s bare of decoration, no books or movies. Couldn’t figure out the satellite system, not sure if user error. Good amount of storage in bedroom and bath. All the appliances worked well but the dishwasher and coffee pot, and a replacement pot was delivered the next day. New sun beds on the terrace. Very comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Amenities included tea, coffee, coffee filters, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, napkins, shampoo, gel, soap for laundry and dishwasher, and more. The shower walls hadn’t been washed, I cleaned soap globs off them. There were some sugar ants in the cupboard, and dishes put away dirty, maybe because the dishwasher didn’t get them clean. Our dishes weren’t clean after a 1 1/2 hour cycle. Walls are a bit marked and scuffed. So, there are a few maintenance and cleaning issues. Staff were responsive, communication and check in were easy....

Amazing place to stay and good value for money. I had very comfortable stay in spite of the fact that I did not meet any hotel staff. I got the password to enter apartment through email and all the relevant communications also occurred through email only. It was such first experience for me and was amazed by the ease I stayed in the apartment.

Diagonal metro station was at 650 m and a place of all the transport connections to the city. All the prominent castles and Le Rambla Street was within 2 KMs of this location. Scores of Supermarkets were available within 100 m.

Kitchen was fully furnished and clean. Beds were very comfortable.

Issues: Dishwasher was not working and could not be fixed even after request. To store luggage, had to travel to a separate location and it was inconvenient to travel only to...

Our family holiday at Christmas worked out really well at this apartment. We stayed in the ground floor apartment with small courtyard. The second bedroom was perfect for our daughter — but a fourth guest would need to use the sofa bed in the living area. Wi-fi good, TV basic, kitchen equipment basic, bathroom OK. It was clean and comfortable. We had a security card to get into the building and the apartment — better than a key. Location was great: a few blocks from Diagonal metro, so we could wander around the restaurants and cafes of Gracia. The apartment does not look like much from the outside but it’s actually good and the Feelathome staff were good. Gracia worked out well for us: it’s a 15-20 minute walk to Catalunya, so it’s a separate world but close enough to all the main...
