Pool Garden Apartments — Hotel in Barcelona

Hinter den Pool Garden Apartments stecken verschiedene Appartements, die von My Space Barcelona angeboten werden. Der Anbieter ist auch unter Apartment Barcelona Rentals, Barcino Inversions, Barcino Invertions und CDE B. 30, S.L. aktiv. Unter www(dot)apartamentoporhoras(dot)com vermietet er seine Objekte stundenweise für „private and personal moments“.

Wir hätten unser Geld auch im Klo runterspülen können. Über 250€/Nacht für eine absolut abgewohnte, verdreckte Bruchbude. Unser Urlaub in Barcelona im September 2017 wurde dank dieses Anbieters zum absoluten Alptraum.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: unverschämter Wucher. Fotos / Beschreibung des Anbieters haben mit der Realität so viel zu tun wie ein Pinguin mit der Sahara. Service: nicht vorhanden. Kommunikationsverhalten: unterirdisch. Geschäftsgebaren: höchst dubios.

Gebucht: Apartments in Barcelona near Park Guell (Carrer de Ballester 34). Im Appartement gab es gravierende Probleme mit der Sauberkeit (z.B. abgewohntes Mobiliar, vollgepinkelte Matratze, verdreckte Kopfkissen, Berge an Scham- und Körperhaaren in der Bettwäsche). Wir haben vom Vermieter eine Lösung gefordert. My Space hat uns nach langem Hin und Her und einem absolut inakzeptablen Service- und Kommunikationsverhalten einen Umzug in ein Appartement des folgenden Komplexes angeboten: Apartment Barcelona Rentals – Gracia Pool Apartments (Carrer de Ballester 28). Laut Aussage des Mitarbeiters wäre dieses neuer als das andere, Probleme mit der Sauberkeit gäbe es nicht. Die Ersatzbehausung war in einem noch erbärmlicheren Zustand als die eigentlich gebuchte Wohnung. Die Fotos zu diesem Eintrag stammen aus diesen beiden Wohnungen. Lest gerne meine Bewertungen zu den genannten Appartements nach.

Auf Maps findet man hier die Realität wieder: Bonanova Apartments (Paseo de la Bonanova 10 – www(dot)goo(dot)gl/maps/7CiXvVnJXhy). Der Eintrag war in der Zwischenzeit als „dauerhaft geschlossen“ markiert. Von dauerhaft geschlossen kann nicht die Rede sein: Exakt selbe Appartements wurden – möglicherweise aufgrund der massenhaft miserablen Bewertungen im ursprünglichen Eintrag – zweimal neu inseriert: als My Space Barcelona – Bonanova für 8 People (Paseo de la Bonanova 10, 08022 Barcelona) und als Apartments Barcelona Rentals – Classic Bonanova Apartment (Passeig de la Bonanova – 08022 Barcelona).

Was (sehr) gute Bewertungen zum Anbieter auf Google Maps betrifft, kann ich nur sagen: don’t believe the like! Es wurden Fakes in Umlauf gebracht. Lasst einfach ein paar Sätze durch die Google Suche laufen – ich bin schnell fündig geworden.

Hier ein Beispiel aus den Einträgen zum Unternehmen auf Google Maps: Anna Bosco hat drei Bewertungen zu verschiedenen Appartements von My Space abgegeben – alle einen Monat vor dem 12.10.2017. Alle ihre Bewertungen sind Fake. Sie bewertet My Space Barcelona Attic (Ciutat de Balaguer 30) & My Space Rambla Catalunya (Rambla de Catalunya 67) mit exakt selbem Wortlaut – das Original gibt‘s auf Tripadvisor: abgegeben von Carmen G am 17.7.2016 für die Apartamentos Madrid Plaza. Anna Boscos Bewertung zu My Space Barcelona City Center (Carrer de Roger de Flor 70) stammt im Original vom Raziel81 – abgegeben am 3.3.2016 auf Tripadvisor zu den Serennia Apartamentos Rambla – Placa Catalunya. Die Fotos, die die Dame zum Eintrag zu My Space Barcelona Apartments Rentals (Carrer de Prats de Mollo 14) hochgeladen hat, sind Anbieterfotos.

I wouldn’t book here again as they charged a €1900 deposit, and me and my roommate haven’t received it back and it's been over 2 months. I am sure, we are not the first person this had happened too and we’ve tried calling, emailing and messaging on WhatsApp and no response. This SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING TO ANYONE. Not even an email or reply back as to why I haven’t received this deposit back. The last they replied was that they will transfer the deposit on 23 September 2023 which is 2 to 3 months after we moved out. After this date, we called and they said that a guy named Amir would take care of it but whenever we ask about him in the My Space Barcelona office, he is never there. I really don't know what we should do.

Lastly, I would highly not recommend this place. And if anyone can help us, we will be obliged.
