3a Ease of Living — Hotel in Ciutadella

At first the low number of reviews put us off a little, but we discovered later that the hotel has just opened its doors. The whole building is stylishly decorated with nice touches and antique furniture. The room was very clean, drinks in the mini fridge and coffee pods were replaced daily. We received many complementary surprises from the whole team such as traditional menorcan cookies and even a bottle of cava we enjoyed in the evening on the terrace. It made us feel very special.

But what made our stay particularly memorable and pleasant was the staff. Nuno was very helpful and friendly, also always available for our questions and requests for recommendations. He always had a few handy advice especially for the most beautiful beaches in the area. Nuno helped us to get around and treated us with such warmth. With Nuno we learned a lot about the local history, surroundings and ways of living on the unique and spectacular island of Menorca. It made us feel so welcomed. Thank you Nuno! We will come back!...

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The highlight of our stay was Nuno—genuinely kind, incredibly helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile. From recommending great local restaurants to handling some very specific requests, he made us feel truly cared for.

The hotel itself is perfectly located, with charming, thoughtfully curated rooms. One of our rooms had a beautiful veranda which was a lovely bonus. I also really appreciated the diffuser hair dryer—such a thoughtful touch for those with curly hair. Our stay in Ciutadella was truly wonderful thanks to Nuno. From the very beginning he made sure everything was perfectly arranged, welcomed us warmly, and was always available with kind support and excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was decorated with great taste and charm, creating a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The location was ideal: right on Plaça d’Artrutx for breakfast at Nibs Healthy Bar, just a minute from a supermarket, and next to Plaça de la Pau public parking.
