From the moment we arrived at the hotel in the charming town of Garachico, we knew our 2-week stay was going to be something special. The warm welcome we received set the tone for what was truly an unforgettable holiday, made all the more exceptional by the outstanding service and staff.

Director Paloma deserves a special mention for her impeccable leadership and attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Her dedication to guest satisfaction was evident in every interaction, and it’s clear she takes great pride in the hotel and its offerings.

The culinary experience at the hotel's restaurant, led by the remarkable Mr. Delgado and his amazing team, was a highlight of our stay. The locally sourced ingredients and the selection of exquisite wines showcased the best of the region's produce, providing a delightful gastronomic journey. Every meal was a celebration of flavor and local cuisine, served with a level of care and professionalism that was truly impressive.

The commitment to cleanliness and comfort was evident throughout the hotel, with housekeeping going above and beyond to maintain a pristine environment. Their friendliness and efficiency contributed significantly to the overall positive atmosphere of our stay.

The beauty and peacefulness of Garachico further enhanced our experience, providing a serene backdrop to our relaxing holiday. The hotel's location allowed us to fully appreciate the natural and historical charm of the area, making our stay even better than we could have imagined.

In conclusion, our 2-week stay was marked by exemplary service, delicious dining, and an unwavering attention to detail. We are immensely grateful to Paloma, Mr. Delgado, and the entire staff for making our visit so memorable. Muchas Gracias for the hospitality and for ensuring that every aspect of our stay was nothing short of perfect. We cannot wait to return and experience it...

Beautiful hotel located in the very center of the city and close to lava rock pools. Movie-like inner yard with comfortable sofas and gorgeous plants.

Rooms: beautiful and each room is unique. on the noisy side not renovated for a while, especially bathrooms are very basic. Towels are very run down, white colour turned grey and threads pop out. the website mentions amenities, which were soap bars and bath robes. hair dryer is very old and not powerful.

Breakfast: it’s a breakfast buffet! The hotel only has 19 rooms so we didn’t expect much but the breakfast certainly exceeded the expectations! large selection of hot and cold foods (self-serve), including fruits and local specialities excellent choice of teas industrial / office type coffee machine (one thing not great about this breakfast) located in the outside yard and a cleaner with the leave blower works right next to the breakfast area, noisy...

Sorry, but not as expected. We chose to book a 2 nights stay at the hotel because of the good reviews and pictures at Google Maps. The price we paid was 200€ pr night, so that also didn’t lower the expectations. The room we have got (a junior suite/208) didn’t meet our expectations - attached you will find some pictures. Located at first floor, facing the municipality square, was exposed to constantly noise from the square. During second day a large group were seated in the inner yard - talking very loud, which made it impossible to relax in the room from 15:00 - 19:00! The receptionist agreed on the problem, but didn’t see it as her task to act on the problem. Maybe we were very unlucky, but if you plan to stay there, be careful what room you get (I’m sure they do have some nice ones😳 - but didn’t get one)

We absolutely loved our stay here! A peaceful and relaxing hotel that made for a very special stay in Garrachico. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and the rooms are lovely with everything we needed. The breakfast was delicious with a selection of everything - the sweet treats are especially tasty. The location is ideal, just on the square and in the centre of everything, we didn’t walk more than 5 mins to get to anything we wanted. Free car park nearby if driving here. What made our stay so special was the kindness and warmth of all the staff here, including reception, housekeeping, and bar and restaurant staff. We felt so welcomed and comfortable, and we will definitely visit again. I recommend eating at the restaurant here, Silogia, the food is amazing and staff are so lovely.

I was a walk in doing an impromptu drive around Tenerife. The desk person was pleasant, polite, helpful and cheerful. I found all the help to be thatcway as well during my short stay. They found me a room at a reasonable price. The location borders a nice square and i loved the historic nature of the hotel. It is privately owned and run. Room was very clean and comfortable... Yes, it overlooks the street on the back side of the hotel, and there is some noise from passing cars and pedestrians occasionally. I consider this part of the charm of Garachico. There is a nice and comfortable community space courtyard which is nice to relax and sip a glass of wine. Breakfast included and was very ample, delicious and staff pleasant. Would definely go back as a nice getaway.
