Restaurante Silogía — Restaurant in Garachico

If there was a higher score than 5/5 this is the place. We had to book a table due to being exceedingly busy but they fitted us in within the hour. ALL of the staff were excellent & provided the best customer service throughout our 3 course experience. To start we had fresh home made bread with coriander butter which went perfectly alongside the tuna & avocado tartar. Perfect in every way! For mains we had pork loin with porchini mushrooms, cream sauce & sweet almond rice. The beef cheek with truffle mash & confit tomatoes was delectable & shall be dreaming about this meal forever! We also had a fantastic bottle of local white wine which married the meal perfectly. For dessert we shared a chocolate cream with orange crumble & a couple of wonderful coffees to go with. We would highly recommend this restaurant/hotel, especially the interior design as we sat in a lovely covered outdoor courtyard. For such a michelin star establishment (without the stars I think) we would definitely go back when visiting...

Incredible food & top-notch service

We visited Restaurante Silogía in Garachico as a group of four and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The service was exceptional—our waiter was incredibly friendly, attentive, and spoke multiple languages, which made everything smooth and welcoming.

We ordered a full menu with starters, mains, desserts, and local coffee with liquor—and everything was absolutely delicious. The food came out fairly quickly, beautifully presented, and packed with flavor. The drinks were just as good, and we were never left waiting—our waiter always made sure we had everything we needed.

The atmosphere was relaxed but elegant, and the overall quality of the dishes (including dessert!) really impressed us. A standout spot in Tenerife—highly recommended if you’re looking for a memorable meal with excellent service.

My wife and visited this restaurant for lunch and had the following dishes: 1.) Roasted cheese, with red mojo, honey and almonds: Very good. The portion is huge and enough for 2-3 people. 2.) Beef cheek with Truffled Purée and Tomato Confit: Very tasty - recommended. Big portion. 3.) Mango mousse: Very tasty The quality and presentation of the food was excellent. The ambiance is beautiful. Our waiter was very good and his recommendations were reliable.

Actually definitely 5 points, but due to events at the neighboring table I reduce my rating by one point. The woman there returned her sea bream after the first bite because it was way too dry and she couldn't eat it.
