It's a nice way to spend one day, and miss the beach. There are plenty of restaurants in the center and also some waterfronts. There is some small park in front of the Mayor House where you can have some shadows in the sunny days. Also the trees there are named, so you feel like you are in a small botanical in the middle of the city. There is some parking around, if in luck you may find some open spots.
