I don’t usually write reviews but this is by far the best Indian food we have ever eaten. We ordered and ate... then we had to order seconds because it was so delicious. We then went back the next night and ordered double the amount because it was so tasty. Everything we had was delicious! They should honestly have a Michelin star because it was such good quality food. We enjoyed the butter chicken and all of the curries we ordered. We tried about six over the two days and all of them were very flavoursome. The biriyani was also lovely. We would also recommend the sizzling dish of meat and the favourite for both of us was the alu nan (stuffed with potato) which we kept ordering more of. I also want to say the service was top notch with a very friendly member of staff who made lots of conversation but also recommended things such as what goes with what etc. He really knew his stuff and we both said it should be a fine dining restaurant because he has everything it takes to be a top level restaurant. The prices are very reasonable but we would have happily paid double because it was the best Indian food we have had. (Food 10/10....

This is hands down one of the tastiest Indian restaurants I have ever been to, and I wouldn't have expected to find it here.
The place itself looks a bit average on the first glance, you will either be seated inside a bar-like restaurant or on a "traffic island" in between two streets (little traffic when we were there), but the service is good and welcoming and the food is outstandingly delicious.
Don't expect the best view or a "high class" restaurant (since you don't pay for that either), but even for the standard prize for a restaurant in this location, the cuisine outshines most of the much more expensive restaurants in the area, and the friendly and attentive staff makes you feel welcome even up to the late hours.
Highly recommended for every fan of...

We were given a table immediately and this was thoroughly cleaned before the menus were brought. Our kingfisher beers arrived promptly. We had chicken and veg pakora. Both lovely despite the veg pakora being a tad overcooked. The pickle tray was well balanced with spicy, sweet and refreshing. The chicken tikka was delicious had loads of onions and came with a spicy sauce. The butter chicken was creamy and better than most places. Boiled rice and chilli nan. All in it was £60 inclusive of 4 drinks. We are indian food lovers and this place hit all the...
