I will linger a little longer on this comment as I have a few things to specify, but let's start with the good things :

•My husband and I came to this hotel on June 2nd to June 8th, at first the reception offered us a room with a sea view for 70€ more and to tell the truth it was worth it (i love the sea and waking up every day with a blue view was great), •super friendly staff and helpful with everything, •pretty good organization and different activities that you can do at the hotel (a little more for older people than for young people but we don't complain because it was fun anyway), •cleaning also very good (our room was cleaned every day, towels were changed every 2 days and sheets every 3 days) •we had booked all inclusive so we had food and drinks included, but here's where the problem starts:

•the food was very good, there were different variations of food (breakfast and lunch was always the same while dinner had variations every night) but for a moment my husband wanted to drink an espresso and they told us that you have to pay for it (so only the coffee from the machines was included) •same thing for corona beer, since we wanted to order 2 coronas they told us that they are paid, only the beer tap were included •same thing with water if you want to get a bottle of water you have to pay for it while drinking water from the machine with a plastic cup is free. what I mean is that it is not convenient to get the all inclusive package when not everything is included, it is better to get the half package and at least you can pay extra for the other things and it is not expensive for you at the end of the day. I came here with the idea that all inclusive means everything possible included (at least I had this info from other people who had gone to other resorts with the all in package) and I was a little disappointed by this part. •Another fact is the part when we left the hotel to check out we wanted to weigh our suitcases, guess what, it was a fee 😂

If you ever find yourself in this hotel I suggest you NOT TO HAVE A MASSAGE, the hotel gives you the opportunity to have a massage or facial treatments (which you normally have to pay for) and this for me was a real disaster, €115 wasted on my life. I had booked a sports massage on my back and a lymphatic drainage in the abdominal area to remove some water (abdominal flushing) and a facial treatment (cleansing) and instead I got a relaxing massage, not at all sporty, not at all strong, not at all tensing, despite the fact that when I booked it I specifically told the lady that I work as a physiotherapist and I need a strong massage,,,, not only was it not strong but during the massage she was blowing her nose ( 2 times ) which is not professional at all, so the lady had no idea how to do a massage, but more confusing was the fact that how can you do such a massage so carelessly so in vain when I just told you that I work as a physiotherapist which means I have a pretty good idea how to do a massage,,,,,, and the facial cleansing is also careless, I have been to different places for facial cleansing and everyone cleans your facial pores well, while that girl did it only 3 times in number and that was it for cleaning the pores. So do whatever you want in that hotel but don't order...

Hello, I have booked a room (all inclusive) with a sea view for me and my wife. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary, so I wanted to something with a bit extra. Didn't need a posh room, but a clean room with good bed and view at the ocean. The website was showing the view from this type of the room like you would be looking straight at the ocean. It was the view at another hotel nearby in our case. Only when you get at the balcony of the room, you would see on the left side the ocean. When I complained at the reception about this, I was told that it was still partially visible and the hotel stuff didn't want to rectify this. Only a manager offered us to pay additional 5 euros per day to get Superior room with ocean view. It was the same as ours in terms of size and other features, but it was looking at the ocean as per photos. So, my advice - don't bother paying extra for the room with sea view, you never know what you would be looking at. Also I don't think the hotel addressed the problem properly. I have uploaded the photo of the view from a room with "a sea view" and then "the Superior room", you can see the difference. Otherwise, the rooms were clean, although as many people stated - the design was a bit outdated, but we were not spending a lot of time in the room, so it was not big problem for us. We were happy with "all-inclusive option": the food during breakfast, lunch and dinner was decent and varied time to time. My wife said she didn't like it, but I think she expected some sort of restaurant, while it was more like canteen feeding a lot of people. Nothing wrong with it, just manage the expectations :) Have to say, the waiters were super-efficient and cleaning the table almost instantaneously. Good "bar" outside of the hotel on its territory, where you can get a decent coffee paying some small fee, or you can get a coffee from a vendor machine. The other drinks were included with "all inclusive", only watch the time - have to pay after 23:30 :) We didn't use any other amnesties of the hotel except the lounges near the pool. It was a good place for a sunbathing, very cosy and secluded. The biggest benefit was the beach in the vicinity. It may not sound very exciting, but it was really good to walk a short distance and be on the beach. Of pop back to the hotel if you forgot something. In conclusion: very good "value for money", however it is very hard to get anything resolved if you are not happy; excellent location; the rooms with a bit outdated decor but clean in general; "the superior rooms" offer a great ocean view (but make sure you book 6th or 7th floor), and it is really nice to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves; the food in hotel canteen is good as well with lot of choices; "all-inclusive" is recommended. Best...

After the Thomas cook went bust. We were due to go to a plush hotel Abora continental for an All inclusive holiday. Instead we had to re book here at Beverley park Yet we had to pay an extra £180. For half board ONLY here. Pricey for what we could get last minute. No TUI rep here only contact is phone or text. The food is lovely, however the breakfast was cold.this morning. Cold scrambled egg isnt brilliant and I'm not a fussy eater.. A down side is you have to put money on the room key card to buy evening drinks with your meal. Ie water,0.80 € Unless your all inclusive.then it's two drinks per room.As we are half board at lunch we decided to use the outdoor pool bar to had 2 cheese & ham toasties and a small bottle of water at a charge of 11€ a rip off. So now we go out the hotel main entrance through the gates where right opposite side of road is a Italian restaurant down steps and next door is a shop a lovely English speaking lady , where my partner and I shared a large baguette plenty for 2 and 2 waters for a much better total price at 3.70€. Which we didnt mind paying. We also took a travel kettle and cool bag. So we buy bottled water from here too. For a brew in our room.Another lunch time we got a taxi for 5€ to the Yumbo centre. There are plenty of places to eat there. However we went just outside the Yumbo next to the redcow a subway and had the deal of the day with drinks and crisps everything fresh for less than 10€ for us both. The Yumbo shopping centre is a market type place with a few designer type shops. Even tho I dont really shop when on holiday. We just went for food.beware you get traders wanting to haggle over copy cat designer names a MK back pac bag label price 85€ I said no no .I only looking..he said how much I said 25€ !!! He said I do it for 23€. I said only looking. He kept touching me and I just walked off so just be cautious. Hotel facilities The advert say there is one heated pool. There Isnt they are freezing which i need water therapy the water is so cold sends my bones into spasm. Due to health conditions This is why I chose this hotel as it said a heated pool. Very Disappointing. After the Thomas Cook mess up i consider ourselves fortunate enough to rebook. We are just making the most of the sunshine .We did take a look at the Abora continental as we are not far away.Abora Continental is a palace spotless and in a good location.I felt like this is what you could of had. Beverley Parks has lots of rules I understand some people dont care about other people's property however this is a note on display in...

There Isnt they are freezing which i need water therapy the water is so cold sends my bones into spasm. Due to health conditions This is why I chose this hotel as it said a heated pool. Very Disappointing.
After the Thomas Cook mess up i consider ourselves fortunate enough to rebook. We are just making the most of the sunshine .We did take a look at the Abora continental as we are not far away.
Abora Continental is a palace spotless and in a good location.
I felt like this is what you could of had. Beverley Parks has lots of rules I understand some people dont care about other people's property however this is a note on display in the bathroom.
