SPAR Alegranza — Local services in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

11/08/2017 we bought KERRYGOLD unsalted butter in this shop but when I opened one side of foil in my hotel room I was extremely surprised because butter was covered by mould under foul and Expiry date on the pack was 24/05/2017 !!! Next morning I showed this butter to SPAR's staff and asked them for manager. They said me the boss will call me later on. I waited for this an all day but I didn't get any call from that manager. That's SPAR Alegranza service. And that is products quality control in it. Never go again. Two days later my wife bought 1 l milk pack. The expiry date was 22/08/2017 but soured. Wasted money. La Sra. Elsa del SPAR alegranza, es una desconsiderada y falta de respeto que escasea de humildad hacia los trabajadores. El 29/10/23 Fui a repartir la mercancía y lo primero que me dijo al verme es. me has traído la hoja de devoluciones. Le dije que no, y directamente me amenazó diciéndome que si no me llevaba las caducadas no me recepcionaría la mercancía. Le dije que se las recogía y me mandó a que se las hiciera yo, le contesté que ese no era trabajo mío, como le dije en otras ocaciones y que no me negaba a recogerlas. Mandó a su compañera Elena "muy amable ella" a que me las hiciera. Mientras tanto le dije que me recepcionará la mercancía , para no perder tiempo ya que tengo muchos otros Spar por repartir y no me da tiempo . Con toda su poca falta de vergüenza me contestó que no, que ella tenía muchas cosas que hacer. Como si no le importara nada mi trabajo. Su actitud fue muy prepotente y desagradable. La Sra Elena que se quedó estupefacta con lo que me dijo, que me dijo que me la hacía ella, para que no perdiera tiempo. La pobre paso vergüenza ajena. Igualmente tuve que esperar a que ella terminara de hacerme las devoluciones para que me atendiera. Quiero decirle a estas personas,que no son todas. que con el horario tan limitado que tienen los spar para recepcionar las mercancía que no nos da tiempo de repartir todos a tiempo. Su trato es muy desagradable cada vez que le llevo mercancía. Al igual que la señora Pilar del SPAR botánico. El respeto hacia los trabajadores y a los compañeros es muy bonito y agradable hacia tu trabajo. En mi más sincera opinión están amargadas y lo pagan...

Prices are misleading! The price/tag - a sticker of cold drink has a price €3.15 and on the fridge door down like 1meter away there is a note to say “cold service/servicio frio” +0.10€. So if you take a cold drink they will charge for each unit 10cents extra. The prices must be displayed on the same price tag sticker. Not one price there and 1meter away some note informing about 10cents extra. Would be nice to send an inspection...
