Steak House La Costa — Restaurant in San Bartolomé de Tirajana

The restaurant looks nice but the service here is not very good, when we entered the restaurant no one met us, we had to approach the waiters ourselves who were sitting at the table and talking to each other and did not pay attention to us, we sat down at the table and no one approached us for a long time, although all the waiters were sitting at the table and did nothing, when they brought us pizza it was not sliced, it took more than 15 minutes for them to bring us juice, the waiters do not speak English, we ordered desserts at the very beginning and asked for them to be brought at the end when we finished with the main course we asked for desserts to be brought, the waiter said that we did not order them, older people were sitting next to us and there was a huge difference in attitude, if you are a young adult then you will be treated terrible, it is a pity that we encountered such an experience because the restaurant looked...

The food was very good. We had stake and chicken croquettes with chips. Big portion of chips on a side! Our Polish waiter was very helpful in choosing the type of stake and how best to serve it. The oreo chocolate mousse was delishous, the chocolate cake not so much. The place was really lovely. But they got very busy and no one came over to ask if we want to order more drinks or to collect our plates. When that happened we werent asked if we want desserts (we did!) and had to wait to get anyone's attention to order desserts. They forgot about water I ordered too. It was hard to get waiters attention throughout the night. They were looking around but at the tables not at people. And we didn't like that people were allowed to smoking inside. Was hatten wir uns auf unser Essen gefreut. Nachdem wir den ganzen Tag nur gefrühstückt hatten, freuten wir uns über die tolle Speisekarte. Das Restaurant machte erstmal einen guten Eindruck. Als das Bier für meinen Mann kam, hätten wir schon skeptisch werden sollen. Erst recht, als an einem der anderen Tische Fisch serviert wurde, der durch das ganze Lokal, trotz frischer Luft, stank. Mein Mann hatte Spaghetti alio et olio mit Skampis und ich eine Tagliata medium bestellt. Meinem Mann hat sein Essen überhaupt nicht geschmeckt, was daran gelegen haben kann, dass er einfach was Falsches bestellt hat. Meine Tagliata ( Entrecote) habe ich von links versucht: zäh mit Sehnen, dann von rechts: zäh mit Sehnen. In der Mitte sah es besser aus, war aber komplett roh. Ich war so unendlich enttäuscht, dass ich am liebsten geheult hätte. Wo ich doch so einen Hunger hatte. Der Kellner war heilfroh, dass ich ihm anbot, das Essen mit nach Hause zu nehmen. Wir haben den kompletten Preis bezahlt, bzw. noch mehr. Zwei Aperol-Sprizz sollten 10 Euro kosten. Ich habe für Einen 6,50 € bezahlt. Ein Glas Rotwein (das Glas an sich war schon mit seinem dicken Rand ekelig, und Rotwein sollte auch nicht 26 Grad Celsius haben) 5,50 €. Den Preis für den Rotwein in einem dünnwandigen Glas und einer Temperatur zwischen 11 und 16 Grad zahle ich gerne. Das ist nicht das Problem. Am Nebentisch aßen 6 Leute. Auch dort ein Drunter und Drüber mit dem, was bestellt und geliefert wurde....
