Oku is a calm, five-star retreat made for slow mornings and long, golden evenings. Rooftop rooms, swim-up suites and one of the island’s largest pools – adults-only and designed to linger by. Morning yoga, artisan coffee, and space to do absolutely nothing. By day, it’s all poolside calm. By night, fresh seafood or Japanese fusion and a resident DJ as the sun dips low. 📍 Oku Ibiza – Near Cala Gració – Rooftop rooms, spa, all-day dining – Laid-back luxury, natural design, quiet energy

The hotel is undoubtedly a really beautiful design. There are 2 buildings, 3 if you count the breakfast hall. 2 pools, one adult only and 1 for families and lots of space to relax around the pool. The pool area is extremely well serviced and kept clean and towels refreshed regularly. The hotel offers a great check in experience but be warned that they do put a hold of €100 per night ahead of time which can be used against food or drink spend during your stay. The breakfast buffet is amazing with a huge selection of hot and cold offerings and you can ask for eggs any style off the menu. The hotel offers valet parking and there is the ability to rent a car from an associated company with options from SMART cars all the way to Range Rovers. The hotel also backs on to Cala Gracio which is a small sandy cove which can be accessed publicly but the hotel will give you tokens to rent sunbeds and parasols. The restaurant is also absolutely amazing food and this is absolutely reflected in the price. The pool i believe is the largest on the island and there is a small gym and complimentary yoga classes every morning. There is also an excellent spa salon which is very reasonably priced but extremely busy on weekends. There is also a small boutique on site. We stayed in a suite facing the adult pool so from 11am-6pm there is a DJ and from 8pm-midnight there is a DJ or at least music coming from the restaurant. This can be pretty loud even with the doors shut so if you would like a quieter room I would advise that you ask for a room in Building 1 which is across the road and faces the family pool. The hotel was clean and well maintained but housekeeping was a bit inconsistent during our 10 day stay. E.g. some days we would have a clean and a turn down service, other days no turn down service. Twice a cleaner came in despite the sjgn not being on and we had to request more toiletries as these weren't replenished automatically. The rooms are decorated well but there are a million switches which can be turned both clockwise and anti clockwise to turn off various lights and its not always logical! The coffee machine in the room leaked water and whilst we had coffee we also had to ask for the pods to be replenished on some days. The mini bar is extremely expensive and the rug on the floor is a safety hazard - my slippers got caught a few times underneath but luckily I never hurt myself. The shower door is propped open with a towel as the closing mechanism is very sharp and sudden and for a new hotel there is already water damage on the paint in the shower. Lastly the bar food and drinks are very high. Cocktails on average €18 and same for sandwiches and sushi at €22. However you pay for the location and Ibiza so no surprises there! All in all we had a great time and will definitely be back!

I recently stayed at Oku Hotel Ibiza, and it was nothing short of incredible! I was originally supposed to go in April but had to reschedule due to an emergency. From the moment I reached out to reschedule, Belen in the reservations department was an absolute angel. I can be pretty high maintenance, but she handled everything so patiently and made sure all my requests were taken care of. She really made the whole process seamless. The property itself is even more stunning in person—it has such a cool vibe! It kind of reminded me of being at a SoHo House, very chic and trendy. The concierge staff—Marcos, Manuel, and Tito—were the BEST! They helped me with all my reservations and activities and seemed to know my style right off the bat, which made everything so much easier. Now, let’s talk about the room: I stayed in the Junior Suite overlooking the pool, and I honestly can’t imagine staying in any other room now. Room 2306 was so spacious, and the bathroom was perfection—super modern with a huge shower and a bathtub. It was everything I needed to relax. The live DJ by the pool was such a nice touch too, creating a great vibe without being overwhelming. I also loved that valet was complimentary—shout out to Javi, who was fantastic. If you’re visiting, I recommend renting a car because the taxi fares can add up quickly. Driving in Ibiza was a bit of a challenge since I’ve never driven in Europe before, but I made it work! As for dining, the Oku restaurant exceeded all my expectations. I’ve been to Nobu, and honestly, Oku was even better. The food, the decor, the service—it was all on point. I also opted for the complimentary breakfast buffet with my room, and it was the perfect way to start each day. Overall, my stay at Oku was just amazing. The hotel is chic, the staff is fantastic, and the whole experience felt so tailored to me. I’ll definitely be back—and when I am, I’m definitely booking room 2306 again!

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel for the third time now, and it truly feels like a second home. The warmth and friendliness of the entire team are exceptional. Every time we visit, we feel completely comfortable, and the service is outstanding.

A recent addition is the concierge app, which keeps you constantly connected with the hotel. It allows direct communication and fulfills nearly every request, even for activities outside the hotel like excursions, boat trips, or any experience your heart desires.

We spent ten days in a stunning rooftop room, which we highly recommend. It’s definitely worth booking early, as the view over the city and the sea is breathtaking. It’s peaceful in the evenings, perfect for couples looking to relax or enjoy dinner on the balcony.

The poolside service had a new menu. For a ten-day stay, the selection felt a bit limited, but the food was always delicious, served hot, and arrived very quickly. The drinks are a bit pricey for what you get, but the quality and presentation are consistently good.

A very special thank-you goes to Jhonny, who works at the pool. We’ve now seen him all three times we’ve stayed here, and once again, he looked after us wonderfully. His warm personality, great sense of humor, and attentiveness really made our stay even more enjoyable. It’s such a pleasure to see someone again who welcomes you with a smile and brightens your day. We were truly grateful to him.

The valet service was also excellent again. Our car was always brought quickly and efficiently. A big thank-you as well to Adam, who supported us in a consistently friendly and professional manner.

There’s hardly anything negative we could say. The only small issue is the pool deck surface, which gets extremely hot when walking barefoot, so be sure to wear something on your feet to avoid burns.

We were warmly welcomed back with a bottle of sparkling wine and a fresh fruit plate, which was a lovely touch. The room was cleaned daily and always spotless. We also highly recommend booking the breakfast. Even though we’re not big breakfast eaters, the selection is incredible. There’s freshly pressed carrot and orange juice, fresh fruit, a variety of egg dishes, cold cuts, breads, and sweet pastries. You definitely won’t leave hungry.

We will absolutely be returning for a fourth visit, this time with our little son, who was still on the way during our last stay. We’re already looking forward to coming back...

A Slice of Boho Paradise: OKU Ibiza is the Perfect Girls Getaway

From the moment we arrived at OKU Ibiza for our girls trip, we knew we'd found something special. This isn't just another hotel - it's a carefully curated experience that captures the authentic spirit of Ibiza while providing impeccable service at every turn.

The concierge service, particularly Manu, was truly exceptional. Rather than directing us to the usual tourist traps, Manu guided us to genuine local experiences and restaurants that gave us a taste of authentic Ibiza. Having WhatsApp contact with the concierge team was incredibly convenient - any questions or requests were handled almost instantly, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay.

Our room was a sanctuary of understated luxury. The natural, boho-chic design created a calming atmosphere that perfectly complemented the island's energy. Every detail felt thoughtfully considered, from the elegant furnishings to the soothing color palette. Whenever we needed anything extra - be it additional pillows or water - the staff accommodated our requests promptly and with genuine warmth.

The daily poolside DJ sets elevated the entire experience, creating the perfect soundtrack to our sun-soaked days. The music selection perfectly matched the vibe of the hotel - sophisticated yet relaxed. My only suggestion would be to share the DJ names on a board daily so guests can follow them on social media or Spotify to take a bit of that OKU magic home with them.

Every single staff member we encountered - from the attentive poolside team to the bellboys and front desk - exuded genuine friendliness and professionalism. They struck that perfect balance of being available without being intrusive, anticipating our needs before we even expressed them.

The complimentary guided hike arranged by the hotel was an unexpected highlight of our trip. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, showing us breathtaking views of the island we would have never discovered on our own. Returning to find champagne in our room was the perfect finishing touch to an already magical experience.

For anyone looking for a stylish, authentic Ibiza experience with exceptional service, OKU is simply unmatched. Our girls trip couldn't have been more perfect, and we're already planning our return...
