Letâs start by saying this was the most disappointing experience since weâve arrived in Ibiza.
We were really excited to eat at this seemingly highly rated Asian restaurant but left extremely disappointed.
First it started when we arrived and were asked to sit at the bar because the service was busy. Keep in mind when we walked through the restaurant half of the tables were free. Regardless we were happy to start at the bar. We were sat at the bar and spent 10 min without being acknowledged or given a menu. Thankfully the guest next to us shared their menu so we could see what drinks they had available. Another 10 min passed before the bartender asked for our order and apologized for the delay. Once we placed the order (a glass of wine and dirty martini) the hostess came back and told us we could be seated and would have drinks brought to the table.
We were then sat at the table next to the hostess below the airconditioning and speaker despite there being plenty other free tables and booths available. We asked to be reseated and to their credit the hostess moved us to a free booth. It took 3 different wait staff and 35 min from entering the restaurant to get the drinks we ordered from bar. By this point weâd already finished the snack (edamame) and still hadnât seen a menu.
When we spoke to the waiter about how disappointing the service had been up until this point he apologized and said it wouldnât happen again, yet there was no offer to remedy the situation by at least offering the first drinks on the house. We gave him the benefit of the doubt that perhaps he would acknowledge this mistake at the end of the night.
Now the food. We are huge fans of Asian food and had high expectations. Honestly it was ok but nothing special considering the price. Extremely small portions for what you pay - the wagyu gyozas were so small and the dough was thick and a little under cooked. But to be honest we could have lived with that if the service hadnât been so poor.
We ordered another round of drinks before asking for the bill. We were surprised to see that the first drinks were not comped AND that the total bill included a 10% suggested tip. We asked for the tip to be removed from the bill, and to our surprise the waiter seemed a little annoyed but also didnât seem open to get feedback as to why.
What frustrated us the most was the terrible service even though there were plenty of floor staff looking busy, and the lack of acknowledgment of how poorly we were served from the outset.
In total we spent almost âŹ200 for a few drinks and some small starters / sushi. For that price there are much better...

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by the stylish setting and the warm, welcoming atmosphere. The location inside the OKU Ibiza Hotel is simply perfect, with a beautiful interior design that matches the relaxed yet luxurious vibe. The staff were super friendly, attentive, and clearly motivated to make every guest feel special.
Families are well taken care of too â thereâs even a dedicated kidsâ menu, which made our visit stress-free. And most importantly: the food was absolutely outstanding. Every dish was full of flavour, beautifully presented, and made with top-quality ingredients.
If youâre in Ibiza and looking for a place that combines amazing food with great service and a stunning setting, this is the one. Highly...
