We stayed one night in this hotel and I wouldn't recommend it to friends for a number of reasons.||First, we were traveling as a couple and, as you can understand, we wanted to make sure we had a double-bed room instead of a twin-bed room. ||Firstly, we wrote down on the comment section of our online reservation what kind of room we wanted and why. Secondly, as we arrived to Vigo one day earlier than our check-in date (as we were on our way to Cies Islands) we decided to drop by Hotel Lino and again make sure our reservation was in place and we were getting what we wanted. The main reason for our concern was the fact we could only check in late in the afternoon, as we were staying in the Island until 7pm. When we arrived to the Hotel we talked to the receptionist, which even at first contact was not exactly the most friendly person. But then she did look professional. We explained to her that we had a reservation for the next day, that we wanted a double-bed room and that we could only check in late in the day. She reassured us the reservation was in place, that we would get the double-bed room and there was no reason to worry. We even offered to pay the room then, to assure everything was in place, and again she said there was no need for that. Next day, when we arrived at the Hotel at 8pm (as expected) we were given a twin-bed room, with no window to the street, no balcony, no AC and that looked nothing like the pictures they have available online. The room was dark, stuffy and had terrible deco. I went to the reception and asked what happened and why we were given a different room to what had previously been agreed. The lady was extremely defensive, unpleasant and made some rude remark about not being able to hold rooms when we were checking in so late. All and all was a pretty terrible experience. The room was clean - that's a plus, I guess. But apart from that I felt like I was disrespected and I was conned. Later that evening the Hotel did try to make up for us by offering us breakfast the next morning. We appreciate the gesture, but that doesn't erase the bad experience and the bad impression. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone in my network. There are way too many options in Vigo and many of them look quite nice and good value for money. Read moreExperiência péssima, serviço péssimo - e nem cheguei a ficar hospedada. Reservei através do website do Hotel quartos quádruplos. No site, esses quartos aparecem com capacidade até 4 pessoas. Após a reserva, por coincidência, tive de ligar para o hotel com uma questão - porque não respondem a contactos através do site e não têm outra forma de contacto - e fui informada (entre cliques nas teclas do telefone e falar para o lado enquanto falavam para mim) que os quartos eram para 2 adultos + 2 crianças. Disse que no site não informa nada disso, e a resposta foi que sabem disso mas que não podem fazer nada e que o site funciona mal. Disse então que teria de cancelar. Mais perto da data, recebi um email automático a pedir os dados para o check-in. Voltei a ligar para o hotel, que na primeira chamada me disseram para ligar mais tarde que estavam ocupados e desligaram-me o telefone na cara. Voltei a ligar insistindo que tinha de cancelar a reserva, e as respostas foram “não encontro nenhuma reserva”, “não estará a fazer confusão com outro hotel?”, isto nas mesmas condições da primeira chamada, inclusive a funcionária atendeu outra chamada enquanto falava comigo. Dar o número da reserva não faz diferença, porque segundo os próprios, o site não funciona. Finalmente confirmaram pelo telefone que iriam cancelar a reserva - infelizmente sem dar nenhuma prova disto, porque não há nenhum email de confirmação nem nenhuma outra forma de contacto. Pensé que pagaría poco más que un desayuno,porque la pedí acompañada de un café. Pues bien,cual es mi sorpresa que cuando voy a pagar me cobran 8'8€(1'8 del americano y 7€ por un bocata de jamón). Quitando que el café ya es caro, me cobran por un bocata de jamón que yo no pedí. Cuando ordené la tosta,la camarera solo preguntó si la quería con tomate, en ningún momento me indicó que no tenían o que no las servían ni me dio una carta para que viera la oferta, es decir, se me dio a entender que la servían por ese nombre. Cuando fui a pagar y me lleve la sorpresa,se lo comenté a la persona que estaba en la barra,su explicación fue que no tenían tostas que tenían el bocata de jamón y que el precio estaba en la carta... Ah! Perdón,que yo pido una cosa,se me sirve otra y tengo que dar las gracias de que me den una clavada al cobrarme?
