We had book a deluxe room and 4⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience through you to prolong and extend our united free time as a dedicated couple and after a good night at our first choose location in Malmø with a spectacular sea view we were looking forward to spending our following 2 nights here in what we believed would be even more comfortable and enjoyable surroundings in the B W Nobel House location. What we normally find spot on deceived and showed on fotos online and the absolute ridiculous abilities we entered into today and the following “customer-service” and disrespect in reception is not in any way recognizable compared with every other single experience any of us have ever encountered before, with or without the services of Booking,com. And it was to say the least not only a disappointing but also a belittling experience to endure in what was supposed be a good time together away from home. The Delux room on fotos and the freak show we was expended to even be able to comfortably and hygienic save to perceiver within, was a offense towards us, as human beings with a high level of experience and also a realistic expectation for what is a acceptable and reasonable bare minimum of what we should expect. Making it impossible to rest or even concentrate. When I contacted reception from my mobile phone ( no phones in the room) to voice my concerns, I was met with dismissiveness and a claim that there had been prior notice of the renovation work. ||However, this was not the case, as I had not been informed, and the noise level was beyond what anyone could reasonably expect. As someone who suffers from migraines, the loud noise exacerbated my condition and caused significant distress.||Upon checking out, I discovered that a notice about the renovation work had been placed in the reception area. This underhanded tactic further compounded my frustration, as it felt like an attempt to shift blame rather than acknowledge the hotel's responsibility for the disturbance.||Overall, my experience at the Best Western Plus Hotel Noble House was deeply disappointing. ||Despite its promising location, the lack of communication, maintenance issues, and disruptive renovation work overshadowed any positives. Pros: Great location, on a side street in the centre of Malmo. Bars, shops and restaurants on your doorstep: best was Gustav Adolf restaurant 5 min away, real authentic scandi food. 10 min walk from main train station. Quiet location too, one Irish bar next door but didn’t hear anything from it. Staff relatively friendly Very comfy beds, powerful shower, good facilities. Breakfast fresh with a wife choice
Cons: We were staying for Eurovision, and apparently, so were a lot of Tiktok influencers/creators. Large portions of the hotel’s conference and lounge areas downstairs were cordoned off for their use. We found the majority of Tiktok associated guests rude and entitled, pushing in front for lifts, being loud around reception etc. There were also large minibuses outside all the time for them, often blocking the exit completely with their crowds and movement. The hotel should take into account that there are other guests in the hotel and ensure that their presence does not affect the rest of the guests. Aircon in the room did not work at all, and the room became very hot very quickly. Shower floor tiles slippery Most TV channels didn’t work: Sky News etc. Stingey with the milks and tea/coffee in the room, not enough and not replenished well. Housekeeping also leaving used mugs in the room which should’ve been replaced
