I pre-ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered an hour and a half later. They were delivered 35 minutes late. I was forced to cook other food for my starving children. When my pizzas finally arrived 2 of them were incorrect. And the delivery driver as well as the person I spoke to at the restaurant 2x each were rude and unwilling to admit their mistake and compensate me in another way.
The excuse we were busy is al they would say, which I understand as I am a chef by trade. But I also ordered one and a half hours before they were “busy” so it was their mistake that they did not properly plan for our order.
I will say I am so so disappointed because of the service or lack there of. But the pizzas that were made correctly did taste very good. So I’ll give 2 stars. Which would have been 4 if I had been met with better customer service or offered any sort of compensation for...
