Wokoholic — Restaurant in Malmö kommun

It was my first and last visit to this restaurant, I'll tell you why.

Waiter who served us wasn't able to speak English, we ordered starters and meals. After 25 minutes the waiter said we're unfortunately out of starters you have requested and left without asking if we need anything else. Once we got our meals, one of the meal was wrong so it took another 15 min to prepare the correct meal. We took our complain to head chef guess what he said. We're not obligated to speak in English as we're living in Sweden, then regarding the starters he was not either sorry for it. He literally meant that tourist may go somewhere else to eat if they can't speak Swedish. Also he said that he have people waiting for an hour on the phone line just to speak to him, oh please I travel around the world where you may dream to eat like Novi Kov and Nobu there people book a table weeks ago and pay quad the price for the meal and the service is top notch. So best luck...

In terms of taste, this is honestly the best Thai in Malmö. Unfortunately I don't know what happened in the last year or so but the customer service is horrendous. Everyone from the owner to the staff is unprofessional. As a customer here you're treated as if you're eating for free, that's not how a restaurant is supposed to be this isn't a fastfood place, you're paying a lot of money for the food and the service. If you have a comment or complaint about your order the staff brushes it off and doesn't try to help. This is a restaurant, not a Mcdonalds. I'm paying for a nice dining experience, not to be treated in an unwelcoming way. It doesn't take much effort to treat the customers right and also be friendly. Great food, salad bar is good and a nice touch.

Probably more expensive than other Thai food, but well worth it. The quantity and quality are great.
