Stood next to the door for 15 minutes before choosing to sit down ourselves as the only one waiter they had in the place wasn’t really bothered even after seeing us said wait a minute and just proceeded to serve someone else waiting on the counter and then went to the kitchen to get someone else’s food and serve it to them even after that waiting been in the restaurant 25 minutes and not even bothered to give us the menu. At this point should’ve really left the restaurant but was starving so then the waiter approached and said this tables booked and will move us to a different table which he hadn’t cleaned up yet. Finally he comes cleans the table and asks us to collect the menus that he had left on a different table as he was cleaning ours and after 5 mins of gander we tried ordering and he had told us that they didn’t have almost any mains and the steak they had the grill wasn’t working so it’ll be cooked some other way etc and that they didn’t have sushi so the Mrs had to make do with the starters and with the steak some of the sides weren’t available so to make up for it they’ll just give extra sauce, I’ll let you be the judge of that. The guy told us the food will take 20 mins and we had already been in there for 40 minutes the drinks were served with no straws and upon asking they didn’t have any. I’d say go there if u wanna kill time not if you’re hungry overall to be fair to the guy he was alone and wasn’t the speediest person to be working in a restaurant environment specially on a Saturday night and the shocking part was they had reservations so they knew people were coming. Anyways wife wanted to order sushi wasn’t available so she got some starters like I said, I ordered a steak and it was dry as hell and there was no peppercorn or any other sauces and gravy or anything so had half the steak which was dry as hell nachos were nice chicken bites were nice halloumi...

Food: We ordered the Seafood Bag. They were out of Snow Crab Legs, but gave us extra lobster instead, which we were fine with. The food was tasty and the size small was more than enough for two people—we left feeling very full and satisfied.

Service: We had a reservation at 18:00, but when we arrived, a young and clearly inexperienced waiter just vaguely pointed at a table instead of actually seating us. We waited 22 minutes without being acknowledged before we finally had to get up and ask for menus ourselves. No one even looked our way. Turns out, the waiter never informed the rest of the staff that we had arrived, and we should’ve been given menus right away. One of the waitresses seemed genuinely apologetic, which helped a bit. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all—only 5 tables and 3 waiters—so there was really no excuse. Honestly, the service would’ve gotten 0/5 if it hadn’t been for the waitress trying to salvage the situation.

We stayed only because we’d been looking forward to trying this place for a long time.

It took 12 minutes after that before the waitress came to take our order, which was acceptable since she seemed to be the only one actually working.

In total, it took exactly 1 hour from the moment we sat down to when our food was served.

We weren’t the only ones having issues—other tables were also visibly frustrated, asking for menus, wondering where their food was, and complaining about the wait.

I will never recommend It. They are scammers! If you go there you will regret it, because its extremely expensive for no reason. The staff was also very slow and unprofessional. Secondly on the menu the price of our order was written as 299kr, and above it there was written (minst 2 personer) like its for 2 people. We asked the waitress that is it for 2 people and is it for 299kr? She said yes, but when we went to checkout and pay for our order then the other cashierguy said its 299kr for each person. We were extremely shocked and disappointed. We could go to a very good restaurant and eat whatever we want for not more than 500kr but we paid more than 650kr for just little food which wasn't even that tasty and 2 drinks. Very disappointing and bad experience. Just waste of money. They could have clarified that it is not 299kr for 2 people but 299kr for each person when I asked about it specifically, but instead they chose to just let us order it so they could...
