花蓮佑尼可智能入住旅店丨海景丨近東大門丨電梯 — Hotel in Hualien City

I stayed at Unique Seaview over the long children’s day weekend with my cousin and his family. I wasn’t sure about this place when I booked it because the pictures don’t look that attractive. BUT it turned out to be much better than expected . First the B&B is located right by the sea and I could take truly lovely runs in the mornings. There are wonderful parks north and south of Unique Seaview with good running paths. In the mornings , this place is a 10-minute walk to the traditional day market where I was able to take my family to see the fresh and colorful produce of Hualien. We bought a whole bunch of fresh tomatoes which we used to make sandwiches. To get to the day market , we walked through a used goods market that was a lot of fun . At night , the night market that has predominantly food stalls serving aborigine cuisine is just hopping! We had the most amazing vegetables , salt baked fish and roast pork . There is also a bicycle rental shop just one block away from the B&B and we rented bikes at reasonable prices during our stay . The house itself is just a joy to be in. The owners have kept everything simple but solid. I have not been to a B&B where everything , from the solid beds to the solid doors , to the tables and chairs, all emphasized the comfort of use rather than just how things looked. All of us slept very well in their good beds. Next , Mr and Mrs Chen were the perfect hosts . They were full of good advice about the fireflies that we could see , running routes , traffic , food etc . We really felt like we were home and our relatives were taking care of us . Very clean place to stay and there is a walkway nearby to get to the roadway next to the beach. Limited space in the room so there is not much room to do anything else but sleep. Warm and hot water available on the first floor in the kitchen if you need to make ramen. We booked this place for the view from the balcony...

從電話聯繫的第一刻起，我就可以感受到老闆和氣待人的態度，果不其然入住時接觸到老闆他人真的很好！ 已進入民宿就可以感受到老闆在字畫上面的喜好與收藏品直接映入眼簾，如果稍有留意的話我看見每個吊具燈飾都是歐洲風格，從1樓接待的大廳一直到我所住的「2樓海景房」，我看見的都是別出心裁特別挑選過的吊燈，可以想像得到這個民宿的每一個房間應該都是類似的風格！

進了房間之後老實說心裡的落差感蠻大的，民宿外面看起來相當簡約的風格，但是房間裡面除了牆壁、天花板有著海洋的炫麗藍色之外，老實說所有的房內設備都頗為舊時代旅館的配置，從洗手台到浴室皆是，房間所提供的水杯或漱口杯也使用紙杯代替，姑且不論房內的設施然而打著「海景房」這樣子的條件我想在看到眼前這一幕海景的時候心裡應該是涼了一截，不過我想2樓以上所有的海景房應該都具有相當不錯的視野，雖然我沒有上去看不過就這幾天住在這一帶的經驗來說肯定都是無敵海景，更何況這是第一排！只是會建議老闆稍微在這個房型描述上面酌約的加個註解，這樣比較會讓住宿的旅人不會產生那麼大的反差感受。 另外我想說的是這房間應該可以多準備一面稍微大一點的鏡子，而不是只有在洗手台旁邊一個圓形的伸展鏡，這只是一個小小簡單的需求準備，不過卻可以讓每位旅人在離開房間的時候都能看看迎接自己下一趟旅程的笑容😊

三顆星的評價並非對老闆的不敬，我只能說「老闆對房客的服務態度肯定是五顆星」的，但是考慮到住宿期間基本上還是只有實際接觸的房間是每位旅人感受最長最久的，因此這個部分在於這個「2樓海景房」的房型上面肯定有三顆星的合格標準，但是說真的設施內容也沒辦法多過三顆星了，對於設施環境比較不在意的旅人絕對可以考慮這個房間沒問題的，如果會在意視野環境那麼我會相當建議不要住2樓這個樓型，往高樓層應該會有得到更好的感受回饋（...
