高雄都會商旅 M-Hotel — Hotel in Kaohsiung

The staffs are friendly and courteous.

The room is nice and cozy. Toilet is spacious. One of the most spacious I've seen in Taiwan. (⭐)

I like how they decorate the rooms with these cute wall drawings. It is more like a theme room. The hotel lobby has a coffee machine, water dispenser, ice cream, popcorn and some small desserts. (⭐⭐)

Only thing that is not great is the bed. We're staying in room 508. The bed are joint together by two single / super single beds. Very uncomfortable and I could not sleep at all.

The sound proofing is not really great as I can hear children from other rooms screaming, running and jumping. I did call the concierge to feedback and the lady told me they will send someone to investigate. (Did not get back to me. But the noise did lowered after a while.)

Hotel was well located in Qixian 2nd road.|My son moved in earlier by a day where he was staying here since August as an exchange programme student and upgraded him to better room on the 8th floor and with the coutesy of the front office staff they also upgraded us to a better room on the 8th Floor when I arrived next day. We stayed here in November 2016 and chose this hotel because of its fairly high rating. We were not disappointed. The rooms were clean, aside from someone's hair in the shower drain, and much larger than we thought they would be. The service was excellent - prompt to take care of any request - and the staff was very easy to talk to. Breakfast was adequate and there was coffee. Finally, the location was good.
