The staff was truly nice and helpful. But unfortunately, there were bedbugs, which completely ruined the stay for my friend and I. We also spotted a cockroach emerge when we brought some food into the room, so we promptly threw our food away into the trash in the lobby. The bathroom was a bit cramped, which is fine, but when my friend accidentally left a gap in the shower slider the toilet section flooded and wouldn’t drain. The bathroom also smelled bad in the morning. We stayed in a two-bed city-facing room; the mountain-facing rooms, according to other reviews, don’t seem to have the same problems. We also were slightly inconvenienced when we arrived to the hotel late at night and they stated that for Agoda reservations, despite the order being on a credit card, they needed to be paid in cash at the counter. We are very grateful for that. stayed for just one night, but you should plan to stay for at least two nights there because there are much to explore around the area. Also ask for rooms with the view face the pacific. Thanks from...

Good breakfast (western and braised pork rice choices) and decent room. There's no wet/dry area in the toilet if you are particular. If else it's a comfortable stay.
The lobby is also a cafe, although the drinks are not cheap it's pretty chic but with no view (compared to those situated on...
