The buffet restaurant in Tainan hotel locates on the ground floor. The bar and sitting area is behind the lobby. The specialty here is the fresh fried course freely ordered by customers. Meat and vegetable are both available. Fresh cooked lobster is also a great course here! Others like sushi and sashimi, shrimp and crab are all served freshly. Their fruit and dessert is also nice with diverse selection. Ice cream is very favored! The location of the hotel is very good, right before the train station. The parking here is not too difficult. I love this buffet restaurant, even better than the Western buffet in the same hotel. There are typical Chinese food, as well as Hong Kong style dim sum. ⚫鐵板區 韓式鐵板區是自己拿盤子，夾想要的蔬菜、肉類、蒜蔥泡菜量，蒜蔥能自己選擇要加多少； 味道我覺得還好，甚至覺得偏鹹，牛肉片口感不太好、不好咬的牛肉片，以為是在吃平價版鐵板燒； 平日中午提供的肉類有，戰斧豬排、雞腿排、比目魚、美國板腱牛、烤蝦、螺鮑、水蓮、空心菜，我只吃到戰斧豬、比目魚、烤蝦 烤蝦最推薦，味道很棒，也很新鮮

⚫熟食 個人最喜歡的是雞腿排、雙鮮、羊肉，不過種類偏少，而且炸蝦的麵衣還比蝦子長啊，第一口都吃到麵衣； 港式的部分只有吃烤鴨、油雞都普通，湯類我沒點，不過朋友說牛肉湯不行

⚫甜點 哈根達斯根本挖不動，只好去吃旁邊的明治 甜筒很酥脆，很好吃！我後來只吃甜筒； 霜淇淋的部分是由服務員服務的，朋友說不好吃，覺得挺可惜的； 蛋糕大多普通，感覺很廉價，不過他們提供的蛋糕都小小一塊，挺高野心的； 果凍吃到的紅酒和檸檬蘆薈口味都很喜歡 台南布丁只有外觀好看而已，不優； 常溫甜點的布列塔尼、紅豆麻糬、乳酪一口酥還不錯，烤布蕾則很快被掃光

⚫生魚片 生魚片蠻常看到空盤的，應該是可以直接和服務員要求現切啦。蜜漬類的海帶芽和蓮藕也不錯吃； 現場也有手捲類，和蘆筍和涼筍等蔬菜，都很清爽脆口

⚫冷盤 其實這區還蠻冷清的，和風鮭魚過好久才又補上，味道蠻重的，鹹鹹甜甜的像照燒醬，一開始我很喜歡，但後來我再去夾第二三片時，越吃越發現口味很重，而且其實有點失去鮭魚該有的軟嫩口感，覺得淺嚐即可

⚫水果沙拉 水果聽說都普通，不過我很喜歡沙拉附的小番茄，很甜； 沙拉種類我覺得蠻少的，不過有附優格，旁邊還有南瓜籽、糖霜腰果、棉花糖、餅乾等，很飽時來一小碗，真的是Happy...
