Great restaurant in the department store! One can reach it upon arriving the 8th floor through escalator or elevator. This steakhouse has all-you-can-eat soup and beverage. Once you order, you get a plate of appetizer including salald along with side dishes and soup. They usually offer two kinds of soup for choice, and both are great! You can always refill the soup cup from the bar, and get soft drink or coffee as well. A pity is that they do not have dessert for a complete meal! The feature of this restuarant is that a hot iron is given with most of main courses. Customers can decide the rawness of the steak by themselves that they can heat the meat on that stone to make it less raw. You can also replace one when it gets cold. Read more這應該是第四還第五次在這裡用餐,之前覺得cp值高很滿意,結果現在大縮水,服務生今天(8/16)的待客方式令人很不悅。
早就跟朋友決定晚餐吃這家,因為工作延遲所以八點才到餐廳。站在門口等待服務生接待,看沒人按鈴提醒也沒人出來,之後等幾分鐘後一個男生(穿揪丼黑衣)走出來開始點點餐機,完全無視我和友人(我們就站在門口),接著一個女服務生走來男生旁邊要解決機台故障。這時我已經受不了了,直接走進店裡到櫃檯表示兩位,男生才詢問我們有沒有訂位,我說沒有,他說那今天沒辦法再收客因為機台故障。這時剛好前一組客人來點餐,我問服務生說請問機台故障他們怎麼點餐,男服務生竟然說,喔他們進來時有登錄過了。來用餐還要登錄,機台壞掉還可以點餐??? 然後男服務生就打哈哈把我們敷衍走,也沒繼續嘗試想維修機台之類的。因為很晚了實在找不到附近有什麼吃的,再次經過鬥牛士發覺機台似乎可使用了,所以進去再次詢問另一個店員才願意接待我們。我只是覺得男服務生無視客人,外加明顯不想接待的態度很讓人反感。 縮水的部分是之前前餐有的薯條跟沙拉沒了,可能因為260平日套餐給薯條沙拉會賠本賣,反正就是沒了,只剩很普通的圓形餐包跟湯。 好不容易等到九點主餐終於來了,雙主餐的魚排上是燒焦的胡椒醬,整個醬80%都是燒焦,主廚會不知道醬汁燒焦? 還是看到燒焦還是故意淋上去趕下班收工?...

當天在決定吃哪間的時候,剛好遇到一位店員熱心介紹,就進去了,不知道是否疫情縮減人力,整個外場只有一位店員,當時應該是傍晚5點左右。 我們點了一份雞排加大和沙朗牛,服務人員說沙拉可以換成雞米花,因為我們有兩個人所以就決定一分沙拉換成雞米花。上菜的時候整個傻眼(大家自行看照片對照薯條大小就知道接下來我要表達的),雞米花勉強稱得上肉的只2塊,其他都是炸粉,我問了服務生這是沙拉換的雞米花嗎?店員說是,然後補上一句等一下廚房會再補幾塊給我。
➡️我很好奇,餐點這樣可以送上來?!是否應該可以先不要上雞米花,等準備好再上,跟客人說一下不難,很多餐廳也會這樣;就算堅持要上這樣的雞米花,是否要主動先告知因為剛好沒有了等等會再補上,而不是客人傻眼還要主動去詢問店員?!
➡️那個葡吉麵包,真的會砸了人家的招牌...感覺像冰很久都乾掉了,還是因為店家習慣先切開導致水分流失我不知道,總之我要表達是,如果我沒吃過葡吉,用完餐我肯定不會想去買麵包了...
