This was a great place to stay while my friend and I spent the weekend at Sun Moon Lake. It was conveniently located close to the main streets of Ita Thao. Everything was clean, and there was a fridge and some communal drinkware with complementary sun moon lake tea. The beds were bunks, but walls and curtains separated you from others, so it felt very private.
The beds were more traditional style (thin mattress) but I thought it was alright. They provided sleeping bags, blankets, and also had heat to turn on for the evenings, which was nice because it got cold. The owner was very kind and communicative and cared about our comfort. Even after checkout, the owner offered to let us leave our bags locked up while we went out.

Plus: The bed is good with sufficient lighting and space for putting things. A big locker is provided (for the bed I got) It has a porch, where I can read and chill out.
Minus: There is no water fountain (For drinking water, filtered water is provided through the tap. For hot water, use the electric kettle.)
