Local delicacy that was recommended by our tour guide. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A little too soft for my liking. Chilli sauce enhanced the flavour of the fried bun. The insides were made up of cabbage and mushrooms which must have been moist which cause the insides of the bun to be soggy.
