The fried bun was huge and tasted good, and was full of fresh cabbage and thin slices of mushroom. I think it was mainly seasoned with soy sauce and pepper, and there were sauces available for one to take. The skin was very crispy after having just been fried. Local delicacy that was recommended by our tour guide. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. A little too soft for my liking. Chilli sauce enhanced the flavour of the fried bun. The insides were made up of cabbage and mushrooms which must have been moist which cause the insides of the bun to be soggy.
