Furaha B&B Kendwa Renate — Hotel in Unguja

I have a 3 nights booking for mid June 2025, this reservation for done months ago in Singapore before arriving. I was really looking forward to Furaha B&B even up to the day before check in. But unfortunately my side effects from taking anti malaria pills got the better of me. I was unwell the day before check in and decided to change flight and fly home the next day. This post is for my appreciation for Furaha B&B, Prior to arrival and months ahead, i have contacted and message the owner about arrival to Zanzibar, transport, mandatory ZIC travel insurance for entry, taxi options, mosquitoes situation. I spent the first two days of my holiday in Zanzibar at Furaha B&B Kendwa Renate and it was the best choice ever! Renata made feel at home and she introduced me to all other guests, who were super friendly. The apartments are really comfortable, have their own balcony and they are all facing a beautiful and well kept green garden and for a very competitive price! The beautiful Kendwa beach is literally 10 minutes walk and the village with all bars, restaurants and shops is 5 minutes walk. I became friends with the other guests and we went for dinner together as well as to the beach and one night also clubbing! Beautiful place to spend time. Quiet and private place were you can be yourself and relax.
