Beautiful, well-maintained place, very clean and very well located - Perfect location for kitesurfing in Paje.|To get to the beach (in 1 minute!), you have to cross the Nest Boutique Hotel, which is an idyllic path!|The rooms are air-conditioned, comfortable and very clean, with daily housekeeping.|The staff are adorable, very welcoming, friendly and helpful.|The restaurant was excellent, mmmh, a real delight with generous portions. We always left with full bellies. Especially the "kuku makange", the catch of the day, the beef samosas, in short, you'll enjoy it.|Beautiful pool and towels available.|Special mention for the staff, who are very responsive, very attentive and do their best to provide high-quality service. Well done!|Don't miss the 45' massages! We would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with the lack of action and coordination from your hotel during the recent fire incident, which endangered not only our well-being but also our lives. Despite your claim that the fire occurred in neighboring hotels, your staff failed to provide us with timely and clear instructions, leaving us in a dangerous situation. The fact that only our group chose to seek alternative accommodation demonstrates a failure in your emergency procedures.

Your response regarding the situation, while apologetic, fails to acknowledge the severity of the event. The lack of immediate and organized evacuation measures placed us in harm's way, and it is extremely disheartening to hear that the situation is being treated as something outside your control, without accountability for ensuring your guests' safety.

We are appalled that the hotel is deflecting responsibility for a situation that could have easily resulted in serious injury or loss of life. Safety protocols should not be dependent on external circumstances or neighboring properties but should be a fundamental part of your own operations. The absence of proper communication and clear guidance from your team during the emergency is inexcusable.

We regret that your hotel did not prioritize our safety and that you have chosen not to take responsibility for the significant distress we endured. This is unacceptable, and we expect a more appropriate resolution to...

Safety was a top priority here, with security guards present at all times, giving me peace of mind throughout my stay. The pool area was another highlight – cleaned daily and surrounded by lush greenery, including papaya trees that added a tropical touch to the ambiance. To top it off, enjoying a perfectly crafted latte macchiato by the pool was a treat that elevated the experience even more.

The location of the apartments, just a stone’s throw from the beach, was perfect for anyone looking to immerse themselves in Zanzibar’s natural beauty. The food was incredible, with a variety of options that catered to every taste. The staff were not only professional but also warm and welcoming, making the bar service truly exceptional.
