My response to your explanation: The laptop backpack is small and can't hold anything except the laptop. How do you guarantee that another customer will not grab it from the shelf? The shelves are definitely not safe there. I understand that you want to prevent theft, but in this case it's a bag that doesn't just open up to be used for theft, and it's also small enough to maneuver around the store. I wasn't the first time in your store with this bag. I am more than sure that no one wants to put their expensive property like a laptop and etc...
Read moreThis is a great little supermarket that has a few of your essential stuff, both food and some skincare products. Was nice to come across the shop that had so many foreign and British brands. My only feedback is for this shop please store some additional products for babies such as a range of different size nappies or baby formula. Unfortunately on arrival, the members of staff did not look too happy, and in fact, exhausted. I can only hope that the staff are treated and paid well for the great job they do and maintaining this...

I spent nearly 300,000 shillings at this store—only to discover immediately afterward that three of the items I wanted to return were non-refundable. The manager pointed to a policy printed on my receipt, which was never disclosed before I paid.
