Great stay and super welcoming for my first time in chiang mai! The nightly rate was super reasonable. Coffee and water were provided. Let me check in early. Room has everything you need. Loved the access to being outside (how easy it is). Wifi was fast and reliable It's not like a hotel. Also only 5 rooms. Only two small things - no reception 24 hrs and not too central location in terms of transit and major...

I had been in this hotel from 11 Dec to 14 Dec. Me and my friend was enjoy moments in Chiang Mai. They have good service and clean room. Highly recommend this hotel.
