March Hotel & Suite Riverside — Hotel in Chiang Mai Province

All the staff are very friendly and helpful however their understanding of English was poor. Issues communicating which were highlighted on check out. Room was clean but basic. Items in mini bar were not replaced. We told reception and other staff who smiled but clearly didn't understand as on check out they tried to charge us for 3 extra drinks and a chocolate bar which we didn't have. Breakfast options are limited and nothing memorable. We stayed 5 nights and only on the last Breakfast were the pastries fresh. The rest of the week these and the bread/sour bread was hard and stale. There were only a few guests so I assume the food was left out from 6.30-10am. Also probably the same food put out the following days. Hotel is very nice, easy walk to markets. Staff are nice but housekeeping and restaurant is disappointing....

I spent my holiday weekend at March Hotel & Suite, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the modern yet cozy atmosphere. The staff was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help, making me feel at home right away.

The room was spotless, well-designed, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. Plus, the amenities, from the refreshing pool to the well-equipped fitness center, added an extra touch of luxury to my stay.

March Hotel is a true gem in Chiang Mai !!

The staff is super kind and I got a free upgrade of my room, as well as free early check-in/late checkout. They had prepared my room prior to my arrival by already switching on the air con, which is a lovely attention. I got a discount on the thai massage, and the lady who came to my room was very professionnal and skilled.

The hotel is brand new (opened dec 2024) everything is very stylish clean and modern. The room was spacious, with a lot of natural light, big shower and a very confortable king size bed.

I loved the intimacy of the outdoors, with the small pool and the dining / bar area near the river. I did not try it but the gym looked well equiped.
