Fill - Feel @ Long Beach Resort — Hotel in Ko Lanta Yai

Best service I have ever gotten at a resort ever. The lady here her name is Bee and she is amazing. She also has a resturant at the resort with her mom. The rooms are cleaned everyday with new towel animal decorations on the beds for added cuteness. At night when I was trying to walk to a resturant that's about 5 minutes away she told me no and drove me there, waited for me, and drove me back herself free of charge. Another day we were going to 7-11 about a 15 minute walk, and her mom offered to drive us there as well. Our first day here she gave us free fruit and free Pad Thai. She called and helped us set up tours as well as a shuttle to our next destination. She gave us beach towels and umbrellas as well as always giving us water bottles. When we came back from the beach at night there was incense lit at our patio to keep the mosquitos away. They also have a laundry service, you pay by the weight of your laundry and when it's done they fold your clothing and package it nicely for you. Her baby son is super cute and respectful as well, when I went to the office to ask a question he greeted me by saying hello and then ran to grab his mom for me. Kid friendly resort with many options on their restaurant menu and a bar separate next door bar as well. So close to the beach it's a 3 minute walk straight down the road. I was never disappointed and always so surprised by her kindness and I love her so much!! Thank you so much for making our stay her in Koh Lanta...

Stayed here for 3 nights with my partner for our 5 nights on Koh Lanta.

Loved every minute of the stay. Extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful hosts.

Before we arrived we were contacted about our travel plans to the resort and Fill Feel went out of their way to book a taxi for us from the harbour for a very reasonable price.

When we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and a chicken and vegetarian Pad Thai which we both enjoyed very much.

The resort itself is kept to a very high standard with large, clean and comfortable rooms in a very serene setting, surrounded by an immaculately kept garden.

Great location too, just two minute walk from Long Beach.

Great attention to detail with small things such as flashlights being provided with the rooms to help navigate the dark streets at night when returning back to the resort. We were also offered beach umbrellas which made a huge difference for our days on the beach in the scorching January midday sun.

Ate at the restaurant a few times for lunch and breakfast and all the food was 10/10.

Finally, the hosts were extremely helpful in terms of booking transport and a snorkeling day trip and were able to help negotiate cheaper prices than the standard rates.

Highly recommend staying here if you are in the Long Beach area. A real hidden gem amongst the bigger and more expensive resorts in the area. Will be returning for our next trip to Koh Lanta....

The best resort we've been to, during our time in Thailand.

The location is great, right next to a beautiful part of the beach (the 5 star resort next door charges 20x more for the same location).

The rooms are incredible, we had a small separated kitchen/living area, a space with a hammock outside and a large smart TV, so you can watch netflix from the bed.

Everything you could need is available, a restaurant, showers, activities, ....

But the best part is the kindness of the hosts. The host organized everything for us. A tour, transport to the old town, breakfast, transport to the next island, .... And every time, she gave us prices better than what we would get if we did it ourselves. The first morning, she offered to make us breakfast, because we were going on a tour. I asked for pancakes and she literally refused to take money for them, even when I was insisting I would pay. We kept getting free water. We got free fruit twice and free Pad Thai on arrival, which was great (even if you don't stay here, at least come eat here).

We saved over 1500 baht on tours, transport etc. thanks to the host.

Just stay here, you're literall losing money if you don't, I would choose it over the 5 star resort next door, every time, and I hope we can come again, for...
