We walked in to KC beach to see if they had any available rooms that would fit a rollaway for our three year old. We’d seen so many other hotels with tiny 20sqm rooms that were charging more. Whilst KC is still under some renovation of their villas, their service and finished rooms were nothing short of fantastic. It’s rare to find accommodation in Thailand with comfy beds, high pressure showers and no musky or sewage odours. We have loved our stay here, always able to get a pool lounge, the buffet breakfast was phenomenal, chef even asked if I had any special requests I wanted for the next morning. The construction is only from 10-5pm so you can still get your sleep ins and once it’s all done it will look absolutely glorious. Location is perfect for walking to the Chaweng Night markets and Central Samui if you want to do some mall shopping. You can grab beachside loungers and just oscillate between pool and beach, and the massage cabana out front was also wonderful. A huge mention to the beautiful staff who were nothing short of exceptional. Thank you!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in front of the beach and I must say, it was a great experience. The location of the hotel was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views of the beach from every corner. The room itself was also very nice, clean, and well-maintained. One of the highlights of my stay was the direct access to the pool from my room. It was really convenient to be able to take a dip in the pool anytime I wanted, without having to go through the lobby or walk a long way. I would highly recommend getting a room with this feature if it's available. The only downside to my stay was that it was a bit expensive. However, considering the prime location and the quality of the hotel, I believe it was worth the price. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious stay in front of the beach. The stunning views, clean rooms, and direct access to the pool make it an ideal choice for anyone looking to relax and unwind in style.

Stayed here 12 days on our honeymoon. Reviews before was mostly positive with some exeptions ( mostly israeli tourist gave the negative reviews). I can say the staff was super accomodative, friendly and spoke good english compared to other places ive been in thailand. The room we had was exceptional and we even had a very nice jacuzzi. The oceanview was pristine and the pool amenities was very nice. The price is quite cheap for a near 5 star experience. The room had smart features. Plenty of light. Beach one step outside the hotel. Clean beach aswell. The only people i saw complaining were some israeli tourist trying to get things for free, total disregard for no smoking areas and other guests, rude to staff and themselves not able to speak english and expecting the staff to speak hebrew). I would recommen this hotel and come back again. Thank you KC beachclub for the most wonderful honeymoon experience we could hope for.

A Strongly Worded Review of KC Beach Club and Pool Villas

Our stay at KC Beach Club and Pool Villas was an absolute disaster, and we would never return. From start to finish, the experience was riddled with issues, poor service, and unjust treatment.

First, the hotel was in terrible condition. We were given a completely different room than the one we had booked. The walls were covered in mold, there was a strong, unpleasant smell in the room, and the floors were broken—completely different from the pictures they advertise. After complaining, we were offered another room only the next day, but it was no better. The air conditioner didn’t work, and we were forced to wait with technicians who eventually failed to fix it.

To make matters worse, on the day we checked out, we were charged 500 baht for a lost key card. This is something we have never experienced in any hotel. Such cards are typically included in the cost of the stay or replaced at no charge. Adding insult to injury, despite all the issues we experienced, and the fact that only two out of the three of us even made it to breakfast due to the hotel’s constant inconveniences, we were still charged for this minor loss. We expected some level of understanding or compensation for the horrible two days we endured—not to be nickel-and-dimed over something so trivial.

The lack of professionalism and empathy from the hotel staff was shocking. Instead of making amends for the many problems we faced, they doubled down on terrible service. We strongly urge anyone considering this hotel to avoid it at all costs. The experience was one of the worst...

The hotel's location is excellent, situated on Chaweng Beach, right by the sea. It has two pools, sun loungers and a beach bar with a great selection of food and drinks. Additionally, there is an excellent massage service available at very reasonable prices. The room is spacious, with a big and comfortable bed and a large balcony. Housekeeping does a great job keeping everything clean and tidy every day. Breakfast is plentiful and offers a good variety. These positive aspects help balance out the hotel’s main downside - outdated condition of the rooms, which are in desperate and urgent need of complete renovation and refurbishment. The overall appearance of the rooms reflects the standard of a low three-star hotel. There is no need to list all the details; it's enough to say that the current condition is unsatisfactory and should be improved as soon as possible because the hotel has a lot of potential. Also to mention, right in front of the hotel, on the beach, there’s a scooter rental spot that takes up a good portion of the beach and creates a lot of noise, making it hard to fully relax in peace and quiet. However, the greatest asset of this hotel, which deserves special recognition, is its staff. They are friendly, always smiling, and clearly love their job. From the moment we arrived until the end of our stay, they left the best...
