TLDR; don’t get waxed here. Asked for a leg scrub (to exfoliate) and full leg wax. My legs were inspected outside and I was told they could do it. Started with waxing only for them to realise it wasnt working. Had a scrub which was painful but fine because my legs felt nice afterwards. However, the waxing was so subpar. The wax was so hot it was burning my skin and the ladies couldn’t wax my hairs properly (going in wrong direction, most of the hairs not coming out etc.). I was then told my hairs were too short, which was not the case when they wanted me to come in. I had two ladies plucking my hairs with tweezers. The end result was that half my hairs were still on and they didn’t even do the back of my legs. All this was also happening at the front of the store in a chair while in my underwear. No privacy. At the end of it the lady still wanted me to pay the same price and I had to argue with her about how poor the service was. Maybe their massages/scrubs are okay, but I would not trust these ladies to wax any part of...

Me, my partner and my brother in law got one hour body oil massage, from outside the place looks great, once inside place feels dingy, the beds dont have a head hole like normal massage places do, the curtains are so small that its not really private, I had to give my masseuse my hair clips to help close the gaps, my massage was really good il admit however my partners and my brother in laws were terrible, they are big lads and we have had few massages in varies places so we know what to expect, this was by far the worst place ever, when asked the massuse for more pressure she shrugged it off saying that's all she can do. Its not a professional place, i only gave it 2 star because of my massage otherwise would have been minus zero for the trouble...

We have no idea where the high recommendations are coming from (Google average of 4.7), but we would max give this place 1 star. I had a head-back-shoulder massage and had to stop the therapist midway to ask her to go medium. She was pressing directly along my spine and shoulder blades, focusing on the bones, and it was incredibly painful. The next day, I had to see a professional therapist to fix the damage caused.

My boyfriend, on the other hand, had a foot massage but barely felt anything as it was so soft.
