My partner and had 60 minute back, neck and shoulder oil massage each towards the end of our holiday. We both suffer with achey backs and I especially have a lot of knots and tension around my shoulders and shoulder blades. Today's oil massage was the worst I've ever had. When I mentioned that it wasn’t pleasant (she massaged me with rough hands, and I could barely feel her touch in some areas, as I pointed out), I was told I should have chosen a different type of massage. Isn’t the point of an oil massage to relax and relieves? I don’t know – I always go for an oil massage, and it usually relieves my back pain. For 600 baht, I cannot recommend it. This place is a bit special! So I get A LOT of deep tissue massages (part of a health thing I’ve had for over a decade) and this place topped the lot. My first massage here was so effective I was in tears (it released something emotional? 🤷🏻‍♀️🤣) it was the most thorough and clearly helpful one of the whole trip.
